My own lips curved up. Yes, the guards deserved swift deaths, they were just following orders handed out by Lenora. But this one, this monster in front of us. She deserved as much pain as we could give out.

I felt my rage boil over as I focused everything she did to me, she my mother. What she did to Malaki, what she did to Maxwell, to Isaac. Even to the girl named Brianna. I focused on her blood.

er eyes widened as she felt me pull at her blood. A large smile spread across my face as I pulled tighter and tighter, blood beginning to spit out of her mouth as she began coughing.

"You murdered my mom using Malaki's sword." I stated with a smile.

Malaki released Lenora allowing her to slip to the floor with a solid thud as he began trying to stop blood that dripped down her mouth.

He walked over to my side and gave me a reassuring nod. Maxwell's snarl filled the room, a snarl that sound like a hissed "yes."

I pulled more watching the blood begin to pour down her nose.

"His sword didn't fester on her darkness." I said smiling, "I would love to see what it did to you."

I looked at Malaki and met his silver eyes that seemed to glow in the darkness of the night.

I wanted him to kill her, to slide that blade through her throat for everything she made him do.

He nodded slowly, a faint smile being slightly visible. He stepped towards her again. His wings a menacing site as he stalked towards her.

She was hunched over the floor, her wings bleeding on each side of her. She tried to talk, but every time her mouth opened more blood sprayed out of her mouth.

"Don't be sad." She hissed with a sinister smile across my face. "Malaki is great at manipulating people." I repeated the words she had taunted at me when she had captured us.

Malaki stood over her and shoved his sword through her heart. I watched as her skin began to blister in black boils, and her eyes began to turn black as black liquid oozed from them.

It was a disgusting sight. Her body began to swell and as her eyes turned to pools of darkness.

Malaki turned his back to her and stepped towards Maxwell and I. His wings flared out blocking out the view of what was to come. I wanted to protest to ask him to drop them, but when I head the disgusting popping sound. I understood.

Black mush plastered the walls behind him. If it was anyone, I knew I would be bending over and throwing up at the sight of that black goo sliding down the walls. But from Lenora, she deserved it all.

He folded his wings in tightly behind his back and let them disappear. Maxwell began transforming back into a man a naked man, and Malaki stepped to stand in front of me.

His silver eyes traced over my face, as I felt the back of his hands brush against mine. My heart raced at the sight of him. He looked magnificent and I wanted to wrap my arms around his neck and kiss him.

"We make a pretty good team." Maxwell stated breaking the sensual vibe that been flowing through Malaki and I.

I let out a slight chuckle while Malaki seemed thoroughly annoyed. He stepped away from me and dropped his hands into his pocket.

"We should have a name." Maxwell continued, not ashamed of his nude body at all. "The Fae Killers." He said making a gesture in the air as if there was a banner.

"No." Malaki said sternly. It did sound rather terrifying.

"The Mermaids Trio." Maxwell continued.

"No." Malaki and I both said this time. Maxwell looked between us.

"The three Ms?" He winced.

I rolled my eyes and released an annoyed huff. Malaki found Maxwell rather amusing though.

"This place looks gross." Maxwell said looking around. He was right, the room was now covered in black goo.

I looked out towards the balcony and realized I could feel the ocean water calling for me. Her wards were down.

"Let's go." Malaki ordered as he strode towards the balcony casually.

Maxwell followed and I watched as Malaki's wings appeared. No black goo covered them, it would seem wherever Malaki sent them, they came back looking clean.

He looked over his shoulder where I stood. I was gawking at him. I shifted my body awkwardly and decided to walk forward, brushing away my flushed cheeks.

Maxwell transformed into a flying reptilian creature, before pushing off the ground and taking into the skies.

Malaki stood, waiting for me. I guess he was my ride. His back was to me, waiting patiently as I stepped towards him.

He helped us, we defeated Lenora, and it would cause a dent in the Dark Ones army.

I put my hand out tickling his wings as I walked around him. His body shivered and he closed his eyes letting out a slight groan. My lips curved up, feeling victorious.

His hands gripped my waist and pulled me into his chest. "That is mean Princess." He starred down at me his silver eyes piercing through me. "Is teasing me necessary?"

"Have to get you back somehow." I shrugged as I laced my fingers behind his neck. The fact alone was invitation enough for Malaki.

His lips were over mine and he pulled me into a passionate kiss. My fingers moved into his hair and pulled his lips harder onto my own. He gripped my hips and I felt his length twitching. His lips parted mine and he dipped his tongue into my mouth, causing me to release a moan.

Him, all I wanted was him at that point. His hands traced up and down my back as his lips got softer, his kiss filled with something less lust driven, and more touched by deep emotions.

A reptilian snarl echoed out from above us.

He pulled away from me, nipping my lip in the process, before looking up. Maxwell was impatiently flapping his wings above us.

I looked down and tried to control my heart race that was echoing inside my chest. "We should go."

Malaki leaned his forehead against mine. "Mmm." He managed to groan out, "But we are finishing that later." My lips curved up but I did dare look up into his beautiful eyes that I knew were shimmering.

He swiftly picked me up and pressed me into his chest. My fingers were intwined behind his neck.

"This doesn't mean I'm yours." I decided to clarify.

"Uh ha." He said with a smile before he pushed us into the air.
