Despite the fact that Officer Bamidele called Alhaji Musa, he didn't come t the police station. Later, he ignored the call. After lots of waitings abd questionings, Officer Bamidele asked the sergeant to lock Scorpion up into one of the cells.

That wasn't as painful as when Humaira said Zainab won't be coming to the police station. Despite all his efforts to see her since morning, everything failed. Now, it's as if they're sending him to an early grave. The nightmares of the day before was still playing on his mind like flashbacks of an old movie.

"How would I sleep alone and in a terrible place?" He asked himself but didn't argued too much when they took him there.

He complied immediately because he knows, for some reasons, he's paying for the find he'd committed. The sins that wouldn't leave him no matter what. It's just do unfortunate that he was dated to be in that position. Hopefully, tomorrow would be better. He muttered to himself.

"Okay guys, that would be all for today Goodnight!" Officer Bamidele announced as her walked out of his office.

"Okay sir. Good night sir!" Other police men answered with a salute as he left.

Walking out if the station, officer Bamidele walked to the parking lot where he packed his black shiny Honda Civic. He gently unlocked the door and swerved to the seat. Turning on the engines, he put on his seatbelt before revising. Tired from all the work, he turned on the air conditioner in his vehicle and wind up all the dark, tinted windows.

Driving our of the station into the streets, Officer Bamidele turned on the radio to listen to news at 9:00 pm. It was the headlines he wouldn't want to miss. At least, till he gets home. Everything went well untill he got to the front of his compound.

His black, shiny Honda Civic slowly pulled down, then pulled over unto the right as he pressed the horn to notify his security guard that he's back.

Pimpiiim! Piimpimpimmmm!!

Wondering what was keeping the gatekeeper and why it was taking the gatekeeper too long, Officer Bamidele slightly poked his head out of the window.

"Kassali! Kassali!" He called out his gatekeeper but there was no reply which was really faustrating. Kassali, his gate keeper usual do this at times, just to piss him up. The elderly man had to come out of his car, hissing like an annoying child.

"I wonder what his work is! I feed, cloth, shelter and still pay him but I do the work myself! Does that even makes sense?!" He cursed under his breath.

Walking to the gate and knocking. Officer Bamidele noticed that the whole place was locked from outside. "What's happening?" He thought, confusion struck on his face. "Where as everyone gone to? Where's Kassali?"

Meanwhile, Mario had cleared everyone inside. He was sitting on a nearby tree, trying to hit his last target for the day. The tree silently cried to Mario's weight but Mario tried not to make a sound else, he would be suspected. He pointed the gun towards officer Bamidele but he missed the opportunity to shoot.

Meanwhile, the innocent Officer walked back into his car to take his phone and probably call his wife to ask where she is and why the gate was locked. Getting to his car, Mario pulled careful the trigger as it zoomed towards Officer Bamidele's arm.

"Ouch!" He cried.

Holding his arm as he he was being stung by a gaint scorpion.

Looking around. The Officer didn't understand who was happening. 'Everywhere id empty and quiet so who just gave shot me?' He thought, bending his head lower, under the steering wheel. Mario fired another shot at him but it it his wing mirror, breaking it into a thousand pieces.
