-later that day-

I walked out of Torchwood with the rest of the team, and we got into the jeep. We were going out to grab a coffee before filing some reports. We drove into town and I stared out the window in a daze.

We came to a halt when Gwen yells, "Oh my God! Stop the car!!" Before getting out in a rush and running to two children, who were wandering hand in hand, covered in blood. Human blood.

I dash out of the car, and she is comforting them, despite the fact that they seemed freakishly calm. A faint memory flickers into my mind of earlier that day, when I had almost run over those kids. Now that I thought about it, they looked similar to the kids from this morning. I swear I had seen them somewhere, but where?

"Jack, they have the slime on them." Owen says.

"Ianto get them back to the hub." Jack orders, "Tosh make sure nobody saw them."

-back at the hub-

I couldn't shake the feeling that I knew these kids. Gwen was bathing them, and Owen had taken a sample of the blood they were covered in along with their blood. I sat at my desk trying to place were I had seen those kids. They were only about 7 years old. Ianto had gone out to by them some clothes.

They didn't say a word to us. Not one. The poor kids seemed to be in shock. Gwen and Owen came walking in at the same time, "Jack!" They called.

I blinked standing as jack ran in.

"What is it?"

"Their blood matches two of our missing persons..." Owen chimed in, "But it isn't possible."

"Owen we aren't missing any children." I say walking over.

Gwen looks at me and says, " I think.... They're clones...."

"What makes you say that?"

"They have no belly buttons."
