Five years later
"daddy mommy wake up!" I opened my eyes to see our daughter amber jumping on our bed. Her messy red hair was all over the place. I giggled at how adorable she looked.
"alright kiddo we're up" Leon said grabbing her and ticking her.
"I'll make breakfast" I said getting up. I may not look like it but I am a fantastic cook! I mean Leon's can cook too so we tend to take turns.
I made a omelet for everyone. I added chicken and cheese in the mix since I knew our girl loved it.
"mmm mommy's the best cook in the world" amber said excitedly
"Well your mother is a wonderful cook" leon said kissing my cheek.
"your darn right I am!" I grinned
We all laughed and ate food together as the big happy family we were.
