Leon's pov

"ahhhhh!" I screamed as my dad beat me with his belt. I was in so much pain. I just wanted it to stop. Even just for a minute. Please make it stop-

We both jumped when we heard a knock on the door "open the door sir. We've heard reports of screaming inside your house"

"shit!" my dad yelled as he tried to run away. The police caught him though and forced him into a police car. I was taken into an ambulance and my wounds were checked over by a kind but timid nurse.

Maybe things will get better from here.
