"morning mom" my son tadaaki smiles at me. He had pointy black hair and red eyes like me.

I was sitting outside in the sun when he came up to me "morning sweetie. You wanna sit next to me?" he nodded and took a seat.

"hey mom?"

"hmm?"

"why dose dad have a robotic leg" he asked.

I sighed "a bad person hurt daddy when he was younger but everything's fine now and we've got a beautiful boy to take care of" I said pulling him onto my knee and rubbing noses with him.

"so is daddy happy now?" he asked.

"yes I'd say daddy's very happy right now"

"what's this about me being happy?" we looked over to see Leon walking towards us.

"I just wanted to know if you were still happy even though you have a robot leg" tadaaki muttered nervously.

"hmm well let's see I have a beautiful husband, a gorgeous son, a nice house. Yep I'd say I'm pretty happy" he said pulling us both into a hug.

We sat out in the sun together.
