Helping Him

Takas pov

I stared in shock. Leon kuwata, the boy we watched get beaten to death by baseballs is now lay on the floor with several broken bones but he's alive!

"someone please help me" I screamed.

Mondo, chihiro and mokoto came running up to me. They stared in shock at Leon.

"is he alive?"mokoto asked.

I nodded.

"oh thank goodness" chihiro said bursting into tears. I know chihiros been feeling guilty ever since Leon died so this must be a real relief for her.

"Well let's get the kid some help then" mondo said picking him up. He whimpered slightly in pain.

"careful with him mondo" I said firmly.

"Jesus his legs all fucked up" mondo muttered turning pale.

"we need to get him to the nurses office immediately" I said urgently.

We rushed him to the nurses office and patched him up best we could. I don't think there's anything we can do about his leg though.

He screamed bloody murder while we were patching him up. He must be in awful pain. We pumped him up with pain killers and he stopped screaming. I actually think he fell asleep but it's kinda hard to tell since his eyes have been closed since the start.

I took his hand and gently squeezed it.

"it's going to be ok now Leon I promise"
