"daddy your home" my daughter lyra said running into my arms. She had above shoulder length black hair and red eyes. "I missed you daddy!"

"I missed you too princess" I said picking her up "but I never stopped thinking about you and mommy"

"really? Even when you were busy doing your super important president work" she asked.

"yes I still thought about you both" I said rubbing noses with her.

"d-d-dinners ready" Leon stuttered. He still struggled to speak but it was nothing that we couldn't handle.

"coming honey" I said carrying lyra to the kitchen.

We ate together as a family.
