Tw: grief, death, fear of going outside

Leon's pov

Ok I had enough. Takas been locked in his room for two weeks now and I'm making him come out!

I marched up to his house and knocked on the door.

"kiyotaka ishimaru you come out right now! You can't stay inside forever"

"yes I can!" he yelled "inside is safe. You never know what could happen outside"

I understand now. Takas not doing this to be annoying he's just scared. Who can blame him after what happened him and his father.

"your right taka. You never know what could happen in the outside world but that doesn't mean it's all bad. Let me show you" I said gently.

He opened the door a crack. All I could see was his tearful red eyes.

"you can really show me good things in the world? Even though my father is dead?"

"of course I can" I smiled at him "just take my hand and I'll show you how beautiful the world can be"

He took my hand.
