You suddenly flashed your eyes open, seeing nothing but the forest surrounding your aching body. The last thing you remembered was being thrown through the air by that muscle villain, and seeing Midoriya leap out of the way. You concluded that the rush from the fall likely caused you to faint, combine that with the pain you were in, and it made perfect sense. You slowly sat up, your head throbbing as if it had just been smashed into concrete. Your lip bled ever so slightly, blood trickling into your mouth and dusting your taste buds with the gut churning taste of metal.
Your foot on the other hand, oh god did it hurt. It had easily swollen up to twice its regular size, causing you to gag as you pulled your shoe off your foot. The entire limb was turning blue, from just above your ankle down to your toes. It throbbed so much it was going numb, feeling as if it was burning from the rush of blood vessels that were failing miserably at healing your wound.
You looked around, but there wasn't much you could use to help your injured body. There wasn't anything you could use as a crutch, nor was there any water around you could use to ice it. Of course, there was water inside the plants surrounding you, but you were far to weak to be able to draw enough out to freeze your entire ankle.
Instead, you used your arms to pull your body towards a small bush, digging through it until you found a couple of decent sized, sturdy sticks. You then tore a large chunk of fabric off of your tank top, making it look more like a sports bra then a shirt.
You positioned the sticks against your ankle in the way that caused you the least amount of pain; two along each side of your calf with five under the base of your foot. You then used the torn material from your shirt to wrap the injury up the best you could, however, there was nothing you could do for the pain.
Ever so slowly, you rose, clinging to a tree trunk and taking in a sharp breath. Of course, it would've made more sense for you to just fly or float through the air, but you were in too much pain to hold your concentration for that long. Besides, you couldn't risk attracting attention to yourself and getting into another fight right now.
You looked around, spotting the towers of smoke that clouded the world around you to your right. That meant camp was to your left, and that was probably the best place for you to go right now.
Pretty much hopping on one leg, you began your trek towards the campgrounds, using trees and vines whenever you could to steady yourself. Without your leg, it made it hard to get anywhere at a fast pace. You could hear various explosions and cries ringing out a round you, cringing at every sound. It felt like you were in the middle of a war, a wounded soldier that had been left for dead.
It was horrible. Eventually, you came to a sort of path that had been carved through the forrest, and if you had to guess, it was probably the one that was supposed to be used for the courage test.
Rather then going out in the open, you stayed hidden in the brush, heading in the opposite direction of where the Pussycats were fighting. Even though you were guaranteed to find heros there, it wouldn't be smart to throw yourself into battle, and force more pressure on the Pussycats by making them protect you. Instead, you would rendezvous at the far end of camp with Mr. Aizawa and Ragdoll.
However, your plans were interrupted when another message from Mandalay rang through your head.
"Everyone! We've learned that the villains are after a student named Kacchan! Kacchan, if you can here me, try not to engage with anyone, and stick to a group!"
