"Right then, now that you've picked your hero names, we can begin with the internship picks. For those of you who didn't receive any offers, we have a list of about forty agencies who've agreed to take on students from this class. As for those of you with offers, you've got a big decision to make. Try to pick an agency that will benefit you in the long run," Mr. Aizawa explained as he and Midnight handed out the lists of agencies too the class.Your list was composed of about twelve or thirteen, double sided pages each lined from top to bottom with different agency names. You flipped through it, your eyes scanning over the names as you did so. You recognized some of them, but others were completely foreign to you.
There were a bunch in very remote locations, where hero's who focused on disaster rescue and control worked. There were also quiet a few in some big cities with high crime rates, which made sense since you'd demonstrated your ability to capture people using your quirk many times at the festival.
"Alright, you have until the end of the week too get your choices in. I expect you too consider all of your options," Aizawa spoke as he and Midnight left the classroom.
You sighed and flipped your list back over, groaning at how many options you had. Honestly, you would've been perfectly happy with only a couple hundred offers, like Iida or Tokoyami. It would make things a lot easier.
You read the first few names, not really knowing much about each agency due to your time overseas when a specific name caught your eye. It was about the sixth or seventh one down, and it stuck out like a sore thumb. Honestly, you didn't know how you hadn't seen the name before.
You didn't know what too think of it either. Instead, you rose from your seat, walking too the back of the room and ignoring the yells from Bakugo about where you were going. You stopped in front of Todoroki'a desk, both him and Yaoyorozu looking at you with curious expressions as they paused their conversation.
"Can I help you, Y/N?" Todoroki asked, leaning forwards in his desk as you fiddled with the staple holding your list together.
"I...well, uhm...you see..." you mumbled, letting out a breath. "Your dad sent me an offer," you stuttered out, slamming the papers on his desk and pointing to the name.
The entire class seemed too have heard what you'd said, pausing their conversations and crowding around you and Todoroki.
"Endeavour sent you an offer? How cool!" Mina exclaimed as she picked up the list.
"That's awesome! Endeavours supper popular, and I bet you'll get some actual combat action around him!" Kirishima added as he patted your shoulder.
"My father sent you an offer?" Todoroki breathed, taking the paper from Mina's hands and gazing down at the name.
"Yea...I wanted to know what you thought about it. Is it worth it too choose his agency over any of the others?" you asked, fiddling with the end of your red tie.
"Well, I can't say for certain what he wants with you. My father is a man who will do whatever it takes too be the best, and that means using others too his advantage. Having you at his agency would probably look really good for him, and training two kids with such similar quirks will undoubtedly give him two strong weapons. I can't believe I'm saying this, but I'll probably end up going there myself, since I haven't quiet mastered my fire quirk yet, and as much as I hate to admit it, he's a strong fighter. I might dislike him as a father, but as hero I have to
say he's good at what he does," Todoroki explained, not once taking his eyes off the paper as he spoke.
