"It's 2:30 in the morning"

"I had to kiss so you don't throw it in, no"
"But you get crazy when you horny"

" All those silly issues made up in your head"
"Money can pay for your time but it's not love"
"And love cannot pay for that shvt that I bought ya"

As I sang along to Jacquees on full volume, King pulled into MacDonalds and took the drive through.

I did not have anything to eat half this whole day because I skipped breakfast for the second time this week so that I could avoid Ty, which meant that I didn't have anything to eat at school either.

Normally I would just join Tony and Lay and the gang for take outs at break time but since the incident, most of the gang haven't been pitching up to school.

I don't blame them, Ive also been avoiding school and pretending to be sick at times because it's not the same without JJ.

But gratefully he isn't dead, his in a coma and I miss him so much.

I just wish I could go visit him and talk to him, and tell him that I'm sorry for how I fought him that day.

How sorry I am that I didn't trust him and believe him when he said that he wasn't busy with Ashley.

I haven't been able to go to the hospital to see him because Ty won't let me.

Which is an ass move considering the fact that he put him there...

"Amber", king snapped me out of my thoughts, making me look at him.

"What you want?" He asked.

"Oh, umm, nuggets and chips with ice cream" I responded and he repeated my order before we moved so the next car could order.

Kings been taking Kim and i to school lately and it's pretty obvious why.

I don't want to be anywhere near Ty and another thing is Aubrey went back to the City for her finals.

So he was pretty much the only friendly face I could think of and who would not be inconvenienced because of distance.

He doesn't stay far from the house.

"So how was your test?" King asked giving me a soft smile.

"It was okay" I responded.

"Figured. Your a smart ass" he responded making me laugh.

"I don't think studying to get this school year done makes me a smart ass" I responded which made him smile at me.

"What's your average?" He asked and I smirked knowing that my response would just back up his point.

"90%" I responded, trying to hide the grin in me.

"Smart ass" he said, which just made me laugh again.

Before he could say anything else he pulled up to the window where he payed for the food, and it didn't take long for us to reach the window where they handed us my meal.

"You not gonna eat anything?" I asked him as I took my chips out and started munching.

"Nah, I had something before I picked you up" he answered, making me nod my head in understanding.

We both had nothing to say after that as we were on our way to my house.

By the time we got there I was left with half my nuggets and my ice cream to finish up.
