LAY

"You sure bout that?", checking Tony out while he was on the call, I bit into some bacon and watched as he paced around.

"Piece of shii" he let out after putting his phone in his pocket.

I stared at my pissed off boyfriend as he angrily sat himself on the other side of the kitchen table and looked at me.

"I know you curious" he said as he gazed at me.

"It's okay if you don't want to say anything", he kept a long gaze at me and made the decision to get off the chair and come around behind me.

His arms wrapped around me as he layed his head on my shoulder.

"You know, dating a drug dealer isn't always promising" he said as he took a breath out.

"But, you get his inheritance when he dies" he added making me stop chewing and turn myself around to look at him.

I hated when he spoke like that, talking like his not gonna come back to me one day.

I know the game is really dangerous but you can still protect yourself and fight back whenever there is trouble.

"Stop talking like your gonna leave me" i upsettingly said.

"That shii messes me up" I added while tears welled up in my eyes.

"You love me Lay?" He seductively said.

I looked into his eyes, while tears fell down my face and nodded my head.

"I promise to always make sure I come back home to you, don't cry baby girl" he said as he embraced me.

"I was just saying baby. You know I didn't get into this by choice. Despite my parents having it all well and cozy with cash, they ain't always gone be there fo me ya know. And after Junior died, I've been dragged into the game" he added.

I nodded my head in understanding before I pulled away from his embrace to look at his sexy face.

I didn't want to dwell on bad energy or the negatives today, all I wanted and actually planned for, was a peaceful date with my man.

No guns. No drugs. No fights. And definitely NO DRAMA!

"I love you lay" he let out before giving me a gentle peck on the lips.

"I love you to Tony" I responded while blushing at him.

He smiled at me before he grabbed his plate of food and finished it up.

"So what we doing today?" He asked while taking his plate to the sink.

"I want to have a picnic today, but I was also thinking eat out and movies" I answered and he leaned against the kitchen table contemplating.

"Let's hit the mall for some food, then we can come back here for movies" he said and I agreed.

As long as I was going to be with him, then i am okay with it.

"Or we can do other things..." he said with a smirk on his face.

"Later" I said smiling while rolling my eyes at him.

He said nothing as he made his way to me and slowly pushed my plate far from my reach.

"Baby" I said, watching as he helped me off my seat and put my hand in his, leading me to his bedroom and shutting the door.

"I can't wait for later baby" he said, taking his shirt off and going to his bathroom.

The sound of shower water filled the room before he walked out with a grin on his face.
