I lead him to where everyone was dancing.
Walking backwards with my hand reaching for his, watching him watch me I start to sway and touch my body with the beat of the music. I was so confident in those little moments. I can feel his eyes watching every inch of my body as I twirl around. Every insecurity in me was washed away with the music and the flow of my body. Vinnie brought out another side of me I never knew existed.
And I liked it.
The strobe lights circled around us. Everyone was in a daze, Here we were caught up in the euphoria.
He pulled me closer to his chest. Looking down at me he rocked our bodies together with smooth motions. Not dropping eye contact, the lights reflected his face so perfectly... he was perfect.

Looking around to see if I could find Breonna I seen her talking to this Tall black boy near the front door. Walking towards them she immediately seen me and waved me over.
"Kensley come meet my new friend Billy" she says smiling at us both.
