Vinnie picked me up exactly at 2pm. I slept through the night but I was super anxious not knowing what our 2nd date would be like.
We pulled up on this gravel road in the middle of no where.
I looked around. "This not the place you're going to chase me down and hunt me is it?"
He laughed. "Nah that's another location" he winked.
He better be joking the fuck
"We have a 10 minute walk so let's get to walking" he says while getting out his car.
"Okay, is there anything I can hold as we walk?" I asked.
"Nah just bring that sweet ass" he bit his lip and smacked my ass to lead me walking.
It was a beautiful day, the sun was out and a little breeze to tag along. I truly do love the summer time.
As we're walking we were surrounded by big trees and nature. You could hear the birds chirping and water moving in the far distance.
"Where exactly are we going Vinnie?" I asked while tripping over a rock. Vinnie caught me mid fall.
"Almost there beautiful" he says.
He's so sweet
We walked up on a field of weeping trees in a very secluded area. Walking up my eyes were caught by a beautiful picnic set up.

Every detail was so beautiful. My heart immediately became warm. Vinnie planned this get away date for me and it was more then I expected.
I looked to him. "Vinnie how? You did this for me?" I can hear my voice cracking.
"Of course I did this for you." He says walking up to me.
"Kensley you deserve more then this. I'm truly sorry on how I reacted on our last date." He rubbed his thumb on my cheeks.
"Thank you Vinnie, I love it" looking up at him I was getting more than butterflies in my stomach. It felt like love.
"You're welcome baby" he says while placing a kiss on my lips.
"Let's eat and start our first date over" he says while taking a seat on the blanket.
He's really making me happy. ———.———
Our date was going so perfect. We joked, talked about our favorite things, a few debates, we talked about a few scary myths and our life paths.
"Where do you see yourself in 10 years?" Vinnie asked me while leaning on his right elbows.
While looking up at the sky "Ah 10 years. I see myself having warehouses across the US with my creations, launching a skin care and organic hair products line, living in a beautiful vintage home with only a few people nearby and 3 babies all close in age and 2 dogs and 4 cats."
