Chapter 46♡

(Olivia's P.O.V)

I was taking to nesting in a big way! I was finding myself cleaning and sorting out old things. It was lovely to just go through our little boy's bits and pieces. Sitting down on the bedroom floor, I found a little bag full of small little pictures. They were of the girls, Elliot and me. We had taken them on the beach when we went on vacation.

Flashback..

(Olivia's P.O.V)

"You two! Come and take a few pictures of me and your handsome dad.' Getting up, we went and stood near the riverbank. "I'll take the first one sis." He looked into my eyes.. his baby blue eyes were so cute. 'That's a great picture!" Ariel then helped Paige with the camera as she took another picture. "They are so cute Ari!" As we took a walk along the bridge, I just realised how lucky I was to have my family.

End of flashback..

I sorted out all of his clothes. The girls were both out with their friends. Paige was at a play date with Cece and Ariel was with Ria. Texting Ariel, I heard the front door. "Hey baby! I'm back!" I loved my man. Hearing footsteps, he saw the organised mess.🤣 "You really are nesting aren't you Liv?" I smiled. "Yep!" As he went to put the stuff for the baby shower in our bedroom, he came to sit with me. "Nina texted me earlier to confirm plans for this evening." Tonight, me and her were having a joint baby shower. We had been planning it for some time now. "Right, I'm nearly there." I stopped for a bit. Elliot kissed me. I stood up. "If he could arrive now, that would be great." Elliot reassured me. 'It's not long now." He was so cute. "How's your mom and brother?" He said that we should visit them. "They are alright. Mom is so happy. My brother is a lot better with her. We should invite them tonight. It'll be great for the girls to see them as well."

As he sat down in the bedroom with me, he took out the bits and pieces. He had brought lots of blue and yellow things. Nina and I had texted each other during the week. Amanda had been coming up with some ideas too. We were going to have it at their apartment instead of ours. It would be nice to have a change of sencery. "Liv, I came up with a really good idea. We could possibly have yellow and blue tepee tents for the younger kids. I've also got little colouring packs and activities too." That was so sweet of him. As we sorted bits out, I got a text from Ariel.

Hey mom! Are you ok? I'm just with my sweet BF and my best mate. Xxx

Texting Ariel back, I thought about how happy she'd been recently. School had been good for her as well. She was really focused on getting through it. Therapy was still a struggle at times. I honestly don't know how we handle her bad moments.. she's trying to be honest with us. Texting her back, Elliot phoned his mom.

I'm good thankyou. Just getting prepared for the baby shower later on and also sorting out your little brother's bedroom.💜 Aw, that's so lovely. Tell Ria that I said hi. And Brett too. See you soon.

"Yeah Mom. That's cool. I'll come and pick you up right now. OK. See you soon. Love you too." Elliot then helped me get up. "I'll take everything to Nina's on my way to my mom's." She kissed me. "Today is gonna be great." I watched him as he left. He made my heart flutter. I got a text from my therapist. He asked if I wanted to have a video appointment tomorrow at 4pm. Texting him back, I confirmed that time. Getting my bag ready and stuff, I looked around at the bedroom. It was so lovely and nice. All of the kid's bedrooms were amazing. As I replied to Amanda's text, she said that she would meet me at Nina's. Getting a text from Lydia, I went to pick up my  little girl. He was nice and comfortable inside of me. Being a mum was amazing. I loved it so much.

As I reached Lydia's house, I saw that the girls were being creative. "Olivia! Hi!" She welcomed me in. "Has Paige been good?" Lydia nodded. "She's been great. Are you off somewhere nice?" I told her that we had our joint baby shower to get to. "Mommy! I missed you." I asked her if she enjoyed herself. "Yes. Me and Cece had lots of fun." Getting her bag, I thanked Lydia. "That's ok. She's no trouble. Have fun at your event." As we drove back to the house, Ariel rang me. "I'm nearly home Mom. I'll wait outside." Saying that I was just around the corner, she said that she could see me. As I turned the corner, I saw her. "Hiya you two." She kissed my cheek. "Hiya. How was it with Brett?" 

She blushed. "I'll tell you later." As she got in the car, she tickled Paigey. "Your dad is already at Auntie Nina's house." As soon as we pulled up, it looked beautiful. "Paige! Ariel! Olivia!" Amanda came outside with the girls. Welcoming us in, they went straight to their dad and grandma. "Hi Charlie. It's been too long." He kissed my cheek. "It has. You look lovely.' I then said hi to Nancy. "Ahh. You look radiant." We all then went into the back garden. It honestly looked STUNNING.
