Chapter 77♡

(Amanda's P.O.V)

I was so nervous for date night. The girls were at Olivia and Elliot's apartment. As I put on my light purple coloured nighshirt, I looked in the mirror. Carisi was the kindest, most sweetest guy in the world. How lucky was I? After sorting out my hair, I thought about when I was expecting Jessie..

Flashback..

'This can't be happening.." I had been with Carisi for 3 months. Holding the test in my hands, I thought about Al. It was one silly night. What was I gonna do? Those 2 stupid lines.. pacing up and down in the bathroom, I thought about everything. Should I go through with this? Would we be ok? Taking a deep breath, I washed my face. Here goes nothing.

End of flashback..

"Amanda?" I went downstairs.. smelling the food, I smiled. "Are you cooking our favourite dish?" He turned and looked at me. "Yep. Pasta carbanara." He admired my outfit. "This light purple nighshirt is lovely Amanda." His hand touched my waist. I loved the look in his eyes. His eyes were so beautiful. As he turned the heat down on the stove, we went to sit on the couch. He stroked my back.. Turning to look at him, Ieaned in to kiss him. His lips felt so, so soft. His touch was so gentle. "Are you alright?" I nodded. "Yeah.. I was thinking about something that's all." He asked me if I could tell him. "I was thinking about when I was pregnant with Jessie. Obviously, things back then weren't that great with me. I was a mess. I remember everything." Carisi stroked my shoulder. "Jessie is such a sweet girl. So is Billie. I love being with them every day. I love you Amanda. All I want to do is make you happy." I kissed him. "You make me so happy." His eyes were so mesmerising..

As we ate dinner, I took in every bite. "This is stunning. I love it. You're such a good cook." He then spoke about his mom and sister. "I actually spoke to them the other day. My mom asked why she hasn't met you yet. She seems intrigued." I giggled. "Awww. Well, I'm interested in meeting them. It would be nice." After dinner, we then cleaned up. "That was amazing." As we kissed again, my stomach filled with butterflies. As we discarded items of clothing, I just thought about when we met...

"Hey Amanda. This is Carisi. He'll be your new partner." Cragen told me. He looked so handsome. "Hi. Nice to meet you." I saw Olivia looking at me from across the room with Elliot. "Go for it!" She mouthed.. He seemed nice enough. As we continued to do paperwork together, he asked if I wanted a coffee. "Yes please. I'll get them though." As I walked over to the coffee station, Olivia followed me. "Amanda!" She laughed. "What?" She raised her eyebrows. "You know what.." I told her the reasons why. "I understand that it's just been you, Billie and Jessie on your own for quite some time. You don't have to get to know him straight away. Just see how things go." As he came over, Liv left me. "Hey. I'm Carisi. It's nice to meet you." I shook his hand. "I'm Amanda. It's lovely to meet you too."

End of flashback...

"You so fancied me!" Carisi kissed me. As I stroked his cheek, he agreed. "I did. I become very nervous to be honest." He was so cute. Being this close to him felt good. As I left kisses on his neck, I pleasured him. "You always know how to make me feel good.." The night was amazing. As I looked at my phone, I saw a text from my sister. That was weird. She never texts me.

Amanda,

I'm in trouble. Please, help me.

Putting a shirt on, Carisi asked me what was up. "My sister has texted me. I think she's in trouble." Carisi could tell that I was beginning to get worked up. "Wait.. I'm coming with you." Heading towards a club along the street, we saw her sitting on the pavement. "That's her." As I got out of the car, she looked at me. "Amanda?" My sister looked so frail. "You're coming with me." As she got in the car, Carisi looked at her. "Hi." She put her head down. She looked tired. As we got home, she went inside. "Do you know what's up?" Carisi asked me. "I'm not sure. She's normally alright.' As we went inside, Carisi offered to make tea. As I sat with my sister on the couch, I saw a bruise on her cheek. "Faye? Who did this?" She brushed it off. "Just my ex. It's a long story. I'm tired, I've not eaten. And I fancy a glass of wine. Wanna join me?" I rubbed her shoulder. "I'll get you some water." She just broke down in tears..

"Ahhh Faye. just speak in your own time ok?" I hugged her. As Carisi went to get some water, I thought about her safety. I hadn't seen her in months. "Brad hits me.. when I don't do what he says.." Carisi could tell that I was furious. "I have to be home by a certain time, I can't really see my friends." Hearing more of what she said, I winced at the details of what she was going through. "Do you need to go for a medical examination?" She shook her head. "No. Sis, I'm all good. Just cuts and bruises." Giving her a blanket, she covered up. "You're safe now. Would you like to stay here?" She asked if that would be ok. "We have plenty of room. You're my baby sister. I need to take care of you." As we caught up a bit more, she asked me about Carisi.. "We are going steady. Jessie and Billie adore him. I'm in love with him. He's pretty sweet." He then smiled at me. "I'll get some blankets and set up the spare room for your sister." I thanked him.

"We were actually having a date night before you texted me." She apologised. "It's alright. He was so cute the entire night though. He made dinner.. and then we had time together." My sis giggled. "That's super sweet. He seems lovely. How are my two neices?" I told her that they were great. "They would love to see you in the morning." I gave her a hug as she settled down for the night. "Goodnight Faye. I love you." She said night to me as well. Going back up to bed, I cuddled up to my man.

"At least she's safe. I love you Amanda." Carisi was cute!😍
