sadly i had woken up due to my alarm that's way louder than it needs to be
quickly i throw on leggings, a giant texas state university sweatshirt and white nike socks along with crocs. i threw my hair up in a messy bun and began packing my bag
"going to school" i call out before shutting the door behind me and hopping in my car.
i was severely hungover due to how much i had drank at the fight and then drank more when i got home

dreading even walking into english i finally did it only seeing mark at the table
"you look like shit" he says
"i feel like shit"
i put my head down on my arm which was resting on the table
"rough night"
"you wouldn't believe it"
why the fuck am i talking to mark.
"do you need advil i have some in my bag" he offers
"are they laced" i ask
"nope"
"i still don't trust it"
"smart girl"

"am i late?" kaylee asks as she sits down
"no just loud" i groan
"you okay"
"no"
"tylenol?"
"yes please"
she hands me a few pills which i throw back with water
"your eyes are blood shot how much did you drink" she asks
"not enough"

"mrs wright, anything from smith" walsh asks
"he's home i just don't know if he'll be in cl-"
"im here" the person i dreaded seeing most was now sitting beside me
"welcome back"
"thank you"

"can i go to the bathroom" i ask
this wasn't even to get away from owen i literally just needed to throw up
"be quick please"
i nod and head straight for the bathroom, it was more of a sprint than a walk but it was worth it.
as soon as i had reached an open stall i instantly puked
"you okay?" someone outside asks if was a female voice which made me more comfortable
"yeah i'll be out in a sec"
i didn't lock the door which was kinda dumb, the door had swung open due to the wind blowing reveling lexi

"oh shit" she laughs
i had laughed with her realizing how stupid this looked
"hungover and at school? what the fuck" she asks
"i can't afford to miss a day i'll be lost in physics" i laugh
"give me your water i'll fill it" she says
doing as she asks i toss her my water bottle she goes to the fountain to fill it then adds some powder in it
"your not supposed to let the person see your drugging them" i tell her
"oh chill it's this electrolyte stuff to help with a hangover" she says
"thanks" i sigh and get up slowly
"and gum" she hands me a stick
"we can talk more about this in physics, i wanna hear everything"
i roll my eyes as i exit the bathroom

"you alright?" owen asks when i sit back down
i look at him then back at the board, i didn't even have the energy to answer him

eventually english was over which just meant another class with owen
cole and mads were already seated on cole was on the other side of madi and not next to owen
"you look great"  madi jokes
i ignore her and sit in my seat putting my head down once again
"you're still pissed at me" owen asks cole
"you fucked up man, fix it" was all cole had said
"what happened" mads asks me quietly
"we can talk about it later" i tell her

"welcome, welcome! today is the first day of the baby project! i tired to match you up with people you would feel comfortable with as this project takes a while. now this is a whole simulation, boys you will propose to the girls in a extravagant way, have a friend record it and send it to me when done that will be worth 20 points, 30 points will be communication between parents of the baby how well you time manage and fifty points will be for child care, i have high expectations and this will be graded as a 100 point test"

what the fuck.

"now! partners, noah and shannon, cam and kiera, maddison and cole, wesley and sandy owen and alana, britney and chase victoria and michael and finally emma and  finally, serena and john"

i swear my heart stopped for a second
madi and cole were both excited, i mean how could they not be.
"get in your groups, spread out work in the hallways or the tables outside the classroom if you want"
"you wanna work out there" owen asks
i nod my head yes and we both grab our things and go to the table a few feet down from the classroom door
