"Must I come with you?" Aurora questioned as she stood up from the coach.

"Uhm... I think you should come. Come on! Let's go. I'm gonna be late for work."

She ran towards her, "Thank you again!"

Sophie smiled at her, "It's no problem," Both exited the house, climbed into the car and drove back to the bar. When they entered the bar she quickly took a seat and leaned against the table. She was probably going to be there for around 8 hours. A sigh escaped her mouth. She took out her diary and wrote:
Life is changing constantly. I don't know what is waiting for me tomorrow nor do I know if I'll even find my parents. Sophie said she'll help me look tonight and tomorrow. Hopefully, we'll find the-

"Aurora," Sophie said cutting her writing process off, "I want you to know that I lost my sister. The vampires took her away from me a few nights ago. Remember to stay sharp."

A man with a dark hair and a tuxedo walked toward Sophie. He sat down on one of the bar stools and they started to talk about something. Aurora kept her head down and instead reread the words in her diary.

"Oh Aurora, come here," She walked toward Sophie and the unknown man.

"This is Elijah, Elijah this is Aurora." Elijah, what a nice name.

He stood up from the stool and reached his hand out to shake her's.

"It's nice to meet you." He said charmingly.

There was something fishy about him. She knew not to trust him just yet. Was her diary entry already coming true? She reached out her hand to shake his but it took an unexpected twist;
Instead, he gently took her hand and skimmed his lips over it.

"Nice to meet you too," She said softly but loud enough for him to hear. Her face felt warmer than usually. Was she blushing? Just five seconds ago she said not to trust him and now she was blushing because of him. She needed her body to work with her. It was then when she notched a daylight ring. He was a vampire. Her heart sunk. Why was Sophie introducing her to a vampire?
She quickly turned to Sophie making it obvious she felt uncomfortable.

Sophie gave a half-hearted smile, "Aurora could you tell him everything you know about  Marcel."

Before she could protest three of vampires walked into the bar,
"Hello Aurora! Marcel wants to speak to you," Said one of the vampires. His voice was very familiar. He was the one from the day before. He seemed like the leader of the tiny group. What must she do? Elijah stepped forward.

Fear crept into the eyes of the vampires behind the leader. They seemed unsure of what to do. Who is this Elijah guy and why were they so scared of him?

"Why does Marcel want to see her?" Elijah asked with a light British accent. "Because Marcel said so," The vampire leader answered. Of course it was Marcel. She was sick of hearing his name already.

Elijah turned toward her waiting for her to say something.
"Well..." She drifted off trying to find the words, "Tell him that I'm not coming." She fought really hard not to stutter. There were three of them. At least it seemed she had a witch and a vampire on her side.

Elijah looked back to them and took another step closer, "You heard the girl. Now leave!" He said harshly. Luckily, the bar was empty. A fight was probably going to happen.
"No!" The leader replied cockily.

Suddenly Elijah pushed his hand into the vampire's chest and pulled his heart out. A gasp escaped her lips. She put her hands in front of her face. Lots of blood again.
He definitely was stronger than them. The question was how much stronger?
It was weird to see a vampire that was against Marcel.
The other two whimpered but kept a straight face.

"Give us the girl," One demanded. Elijah dropped the vampire's heart and walked toward him. In a blink of an eye Elijah knocked off the vampire's head. His decapitated carcass fell to the floor. She closed her eyes again. Her confidence boosted suddenly. The last one sped away before Elijah got a chance to catch him.

Elijah turned toward them, "Sophie, help me clean up," He picked up the bodies and sped away. Sophie took a mop and started to clean the bloody floor. Aurora stood, frozen, trying to figure out what had happened. She was scared. Elijah had the ability to kill three vampires like it was nothing. He definitely was much more dangerous and Sophie brought him to them.

He sped back. "Why is Marcel after you?" He asked.

"Uhm...uhm. Sophie may I tell him?" Sophie quickly nodded as she took the mop soaked in blood to another room. She looked at Sophie and back to the floor. How was she going to explain?
She could feel Elijah's stare and quickly turned toward him, "So... where do I start?" She asked still looking at him.
"From the beginning." He said with a small smile. She looked down and sighed.
Was she really going to explain her life to a vampire? To the man that just decapitated and removed a heart of two vampires...
He did save her, though.

"Why don't we go for a walk?"
