Game Of Attractions // Klaus and Elijah (15)

After the 4 hour drive we finally got greeted by the Mystic Falls billboard. A yawn escaped my lips. What time is it even?  It's late that's all I know... "We're here" The car stopped by a hotel and Sophie opened the door and climbed out of it.

We both entered the hotel and walked towards the receptionist. "Hello, how may I help you?" She asked kindly smiling at both of us.

"We have a reservation for Mikaelson." Sophie answered smiling back. The lady moved the mouse and her eyes scroll through the computer. "Ahh yes... It's made by Klaus Mikaelson?"

We both nodded. She then hands Sophie the keys. "Its room number 21"

Sophie started walking away with me following her. We entered the elevator. "Please don't tell me we're starting practice today." I moaned as another yawn escapes my lips. "No, don't worry. I'm too tired right now." She laughed.

The elevator door opened making way for us to walk through. It was only the first floor but I was way too tired to take the stairs. Sophie opened the door and we entered.

The wall is covered with this turquoise color. There are two single beds on the windows side and another door that leads towards the bathroom.

I collapsed onto the first bed. "It's been a long day," I moaned again. "Without you my friend," Sophie sang teasingly making me giggle. "I'm going to shower first" She opened her suitcase and started to take out some clothes.

"Neh, I'm going to shower tomorrow morning" With all the energy I have left. I sat up and slipped of my shoes. I then wormed over to my pillow and fell asleep instantly.

I got woken up by the birds starting to chirp. Must be early... But there is no way I'm going to fall asleep again.

I sighed as I slowly got up. I walked towards my suitcase and got out some clothes. Rebekah is going to kill me when I get back.

I took the outfit that I chose and put it in the bathroom as I got undressed.

I walked into the shower and turned the knob so that water could come out. I let the water flow completely over my body. It felt so nice... I took the soap and started cleaning myself.

Afterwards I turned the knob to the other direction. I took a step out of the shower and wrapped the towel around me. I then started getting dressed. A beeping noise coming from the pants that I wore yesterday...

The phone! I left it in there... It's a miracle it hasn't broken yet.

I closed the toilet's lid and sat on it. I scavenged through my pants and took out the phone as I slid my thumb on the front of it making the screen visible. Whoever's phone it is really likes puppies. Because it is they're screen saver. I don't judge him or her. Puppies are adorable. I scroll through the phone to see what made the noise.

It's a message from Rebekah:

R: 'Hayley, where are you?'

I stared shocked at the phone. I took Hayley's phone. Oops... Should I answer?

"Aurora! Are you done! I've been waiting forever!" I looked up alarmed and realized it was Sophie. I get up from the toilet seat and shoved the phone in my front pocket.

I'll phone Rebekah later... I opened the door and put the old clothes in the bag.

"Ready to go?" Sophie asked opening the door. I nodded and follow her.

After a long ride we stopped at the woods. "Are we going to practice here?" I asked tapping my foot. "Yup" She said as we entered the woods. "Firstly we need to do small spells."

I nodded. She looked around the woods and back at me. "We'll start with a cloaking spell." She took a deep breath and started chanting. "Phasmatos radium calaraa" And disappeared into thin air.

I looked around as my eyes widen. She appeared again out of nowhere. "Ready to do it yourself?" She asked. I slowly nodded.

"So remember... The words are 'phasmatos radium calaraa' to put it on and 'phasmatos oculacs' to revert back to normal." She said sitting on the ground and crossed her legs. I nodded again and followed her lead.

I closed my eyes and started chanting the spell. "Phasmatos radium calaraa" I don't feel any different... Are you supposed to feel something? "Sophie,am I gone?" I asked peaking through one eyelid.

"Unless you already did the undo spell then no..." She sighed. I fully opened my eyes and stood up. "Why doesn't it work?" I asked. "It takes patience..." She answered slowly. "Try again" I sighed and sat back onto the ground I closed my eyes annoyed. "Phasmatos radium calaraa" I chanted.

-NOTHING!!! This is driving me crazy!

Sophie stood up and took a deep breath. "Maybe taking a walk will help you to relax?" She asked walking deeper into the woods. I nodded and ran towards her.

Out of nowhere my body met the ground making me stare up in shock and see an unfamiliar person hovering over me.

"I'm so sorry. I didn't see you" He apologized and helped me up. "It's fine" I smiled. He's actually really handsome.

He has forest green eyes and brown hair and not a bad body to match with that. "I'm Stefan," He smiled back showing his pearly white teeth.

"I'm Aurora." I blushed and looked away to Sophie who's got a smirk on her face.

"Stefan, we better go before Elena sucks someone dr.... Who the hell are you?" An unknown guy said appearing out of nowhere.

I looked at him emotionless taking in what I just heard. Why would this Elena person suck someone dry? Unless maybe... She's a vampire... The guy stared at me with his sapphire blue eyes. Stefan looked at me and back to the guy.

"This is Aurora..." He gestured towards me. "Well Aurora, I'm Damon..." Damon trailed off and blinked a few times. "Are you vampires?" I blurted out. Damon sped in front of me. "Does this answer your question?" He smirked.

"Damon, get away from her." Stefan demanded. Damon turned to him and glared. "Why are you protecting her?" He said aggravated. "She did nothing wrong." Stefan replied. Damon turned back to me. "Fine, but I've got a question for little miss perfect..."

His once frustrated face turned soft and the tips of his lips moved up. "What are you doing in the middle of the woods with your friend over there?"

My throat got dry. "Uhm...uhm" Sophie quickly interrupted, "We just went for a walk." Damon stepped back. "Okay..." He said not fully convinced. He scratched the back of his head making has raven black locks move. "How do you know about vampires?" He asked.

How many questions is he going to ask? "I have a friend that's a vampire." I gave him a half hearted smile. Well, it's kind of true...

"Stefan we gotta go for real now. Tell your girlfriend goodbye." Damon turned around and disappeared. "I'm sorry again for bumping into you and sorry for my brother's behavior." He apologized again. "Don't worry about it. It's not your fault." I smiled. I feel like this already happened...
