Description: When Team Rocket begins broadcasting radio frequencies in Mahogany Town to make the Magikarp of the Lake of Rage evolve prematurely, something goes...wrong. It's painful for the Pokemon to be evolved prematurely, and one Magikarp that was a different color than the rest got angry when he evolved. Very angry. Now a gigantic red Gyarados, he begins to whip up one HUGE storm. The wind and rain is so strong that it's beginning to flood Mahogany Town, and if this continues, all of Johto would soon be submerged in water. Johto's famous and renowned Dexholders, Gold and Silver, immediately come to the rescue. Although, their methods of stopping the red Gyarados are innefective, and they reluctantly end up having to rely on one of Mahogany Town's locals to help them stop this... September Mitsui.
So? What's the verdict?
