"Hey! What are you cooking? It smells good." Lisa asked cheerfully as she put her bag on the couch and walk towards me in the kitchen.

"It's Korean pork backbone stew."

"Whoaa! That's my favorite!"

"IKR! I even asked my mom for the recipe because she's really good with this."

Lisa start sniffing rather exaggeratedly.

"I can't wait for it. The smell makes me starve already."

"Just a few minutes. Okay? Chill." I said laughing.

"How's work by the way?" I added.

"Ugh! Lots and lots and lots of paper works and meetings. So boring. Don't remind me of that."

"That's office work for you. Well, atleast you get to sit every now and then compared to me. My legs usually kills me from all the standing and walking and running around the hospital wings."

"Okay. Okay. You win Dr. Badass!" She said surrendering and settle herself at the high chair in front of our little bar.

"Hmm. Why don't you change now and start preparing the table, Ms. Heiress of the throne because any minute now, your favorite food is ready." I announce, making her stand so quickly and run to her room, she nearly fell on the floor.

"Aahhh! Finally!" she said loudly that made me laugh.

She is just so cute.

"Good Morning, Dr. Kim." I heard Jisoo's voice so I turned around to face her. Her aura is always bright that even a sunshine can't outshine her. But just like a sunshine, she can get annoying sometimes. LoL.

"Good morning too Dr. Kim Ji-soo." I formally answered her greetings.

But before Jisoo can speak again, a brunette woman appeared from her back. She's about her height but the woman is way hotter than Unnie. Yes, hotter. Like a wildfire that can burn the whole city. Her aura is more of intimidating than friendly to be honest. I can say that from the way her eyebrow lift an inch when she looked at me and her eyes... her captivating emerald eyes. They add up to her intimidating look.

"Oh, you're here. Hi." Jisoo greet her and then turned to face me.

"Dr. Kim, this is Dr. Lauren Jauregui. She is our new Head Neurosurgeon, the daughter of our former Head Neurosurgeon. She will take her father's place. And you will be at her service for the week. Lauren, this is Dr. Jennie Kim, one of our intern doctors." She introduced.

"G-Good morning, Dr. J-Jauregui. It's an o-opportunity to be at y-your service." I stuttered. Like I said, she looks intimidating so you can't blame me.

But after I spoke, Dr. Intimidating slash gorgeous green eyes here smiled at me.

"You can call me Lauren, Jennie. Dr. Jauregui is my father. I'm just Lauren here." she said winking at me as her lips curve into a sexy smile.

"O-okay, L-Lauren."

"Great! So, first things first, let's go make rounds." She said and I just nod my head and follow her.

"See you at lunch, Unnie." I said to Jisoo, in almost whispering voice.

"Sure. Enjoy your first neurosurgery experience!" She answered and smile at me.
