Chapter Twenty-Eight ~ Time

It's been five months since I was accused and arrested for Yerin's crime. We decided to move away from Spain even though my mother was a little sad, but she said she would come visit on holidays. We moved to Hawaii where it was beautiful and peaceful. Jaehyun and I wanted to be away from all the drama and raise our kids in a better environment.

Five months ago

After Yerin was being transported back to Korea, she had one week until she was released. Yerin was sitting in her cell when a guard came in. "Kim Yerin, visitor". Yerin stood up and walked towards the door following the guard. Yerin walked in the visiting area and saw her husband in front of the glass. She grabbed the phone and held it up to her ear. "Eunhyuk , this is all your fault. If you didn't give Jaehyun the evidence, I wouldn't be here right now". "Yerin, you still don't get it do you? I did it because I'm tired of you being in love with another man while you're pregnant with my child and I'm done trying to make this relationship work. I came here to give you these" he said and held the paper against the glass.

Yerin looks closely to read divorce papers on it and his signature already on it. She widens her eyes, "You're divorcing me?! This is the happiest news I've received since I've been here. I will gladly sign them" she said and smiled at him. Eunhyuk stands up, "I'll leave my lawyer to do the rest and about the child, I will do my part of being a father and we'll discuss it once you get out" he said. "Okay fine by me" she said and leaned back into the chair. Eunhyuk was about to walk away but stopped and turned around picking the phone up once more. "Oh, I almost forgot. You will never find a guy like me in your life the way I loved you" he said and placed the phone down and left.

A month later Yerin was released, and she gave birth to a boy, and she named him Tae Oh, after his grandpa on Eunhyuk's side. Ever since she's been released, the house she lived in felt different without Eunhyuk. Yerin would remember how Eunhyuk used to bring her fruit and all kinds of healthy food when he found out she was pregnant. Yerin still smiles at that memory, that was the only time she felt someone truly cared for her. She is now sitting on the bench while Tae Oh was in the stroller as she waited for Eunhyuk to come pick him up. Yerin saw footsteps approaching and she looked up to see Eunhyuk and a girl she didn't know beside him.

"There's my son Tae Oh" Eunhyuk says and picks him up out of the stroller holding him in his arms. "He already ate, and he didn't take his nap yet so he might be cranky" Yerin said. Eunhyuk nodded, "Your son is so cute," the girl said and looked at Yerin. "Who are you by the way?" Yerin asked. "Oh, my apologies I'm Hyerin, Eunhyuk's girlfriend" she said and smiled. Yerin nodded and placed a fake smile on her face as she clutched the handlebars on the stroller tight full of anger. "Yerin, I will drop him off Monday" Eunhyuk said as he turned to face her. Yerin nodded and watched as the two-left heading towards the car. "OMG Eunhyuk looks so good, when did he get so attractive?" Yerin thinks to herself.

Wait, what was she saying? She can't believe he would bring some random lady around her son. Yerin didn't care if she was his girlfriend, she was once his wife. For the past two days, Yerin has been thinking about Eunhyuk and that girl Hyerin being around her son. Yerin tried to distract her mind from it but couldn't. She looked at the wall to see the pictures of Eunhyuk's and her from their wedding that she forgot to take down. Eunhyuk always had something special about him, but Yerin couldn't figure it out because she always had her attention towards Jaehyun.

The next morning, Yerin went to meet Eunhyuk at the normal pick up for Tae Oh. Yerin saw Eunhyuk's car pulled up, she looked to see his girlfriend in the passenger seat, it kind of angered her. Yerin needed to talk to him about her because she didn't like it. Yerin stood up and fixed the stroller. "Oh, my baby Tae Oh, I missed you so much" Yerin said and Eunhyuk unbuckled him from the car seat and placed him in the stroller. "There we go, he just ate about 20 minutes ago, he also hasn't taken a nap yet so he might be cranky," Eunhyuk said, turning to face Yerin.

"Okay thank you for telling me. Oh, by the way do you think you have time tomorrow? I need to talk to you about something important" Yerin said. "Is it about Tae Oh?" he asked, looking worried. "Yes, but nothing to worry about, I also need to talk about us," she said. Eunhyuk sighed and he looked around thinking about his answer until he agreed to meet. "Are you sure? Because if you're busy, I can schedule it for another day". "Yes, it's fine, I will have to tell Hyerin the change of plans after my early morning conference" he said. Yerin hated the way he would say Hyerin's name in front of her, but she also needed to remember that they were divorced.

"So, where should we meet tomorrow?" he asked, turning back to face Yerin. Yerin smiled and thought for a second. "At the beach cafe you used to take me to and the time we should meet is 11" she said and Eunhyuk nodded. "Okay then it's settled, I will see you tomorrow then" he says and bends down to the stroller giving Tae Oh a kiss goodbye. "This is my chance to tell him how I really feel," Yerin thought to herself.
