"Can we go to Magnolia? I wanna see the guildhall. We could totally go--"

"Nadia."

"Maybe we could go see the park and look at the trees and--"

"Nadia!"

"Huh? What's wrong, mom? Aren't you excited that we came back? Now we can prevent the--"

"This is year x791, Nadia. The dragons don't come this year."

Nadia let out a small 'oh' before nervously rubbing the back of her head. She suggested that they come up with a plan so that they could prepare, and (Y/N) quickly shut it down.

"We need to get back. We're not staying."

"Well I'm not going back until we stop the dragons," Nadia stated sternly.

"If I may," Erza started, "I would like to know more about this takeover."

"It should remain unknown for the sake of the future. One detail could change the way you react to the world, which would mean that the future would change."

"Anyway," Nadia chirped, "the dragons came in x793. I don't remember the exact time because I was just born."

"Two years from now?" Lucy questioned before turning to (Y/N). "But we haven't even met you yet."

(Y/N) gave the side eye to her daughter, which made Nadia cower under her hard stare.

"Things happen in two years, and that's all I can say."

"Grampa Igneel--"

(Y/N) quickly covered Nadia's mouth and glared at her. She immediately stopped talking. Natsu looked at the two with determination.

"What about Igneel?"

"Nothing," (Y/N) quickly dismissed.

"But mom--"

"Enough."

"S-Sorry."

"Wait, what happens?"

"Nothing, Natsu."

"I wanna know!" Natsu screamed in frustration. "Can you at least give me a hint?"

(Y/N)'s face held a small smile that she hid from the group as she watched the dragon slayer.

"Will you at least tell me where I met you?"

"No."

"No?"

"No."

"Why the heck is that a secret?!"

"Because you all might come looking for me if I tell you."

"This whole situation sucks," Natsu muttered before spinning on his heel and walking towards the palace.

Nadia smiled wide and hopped behind him, exclaiming, "This is gonna be great! I haven't seen the inside of the guild without all the rubble. Is it really as big as I think, dad?"

"You calling me that is weird."

"What? Why?"

"Nadia," (Y/N) interrupted, "we need to find a way back. Let's go."

"No way, mom. I'm staying with dad until the dragons come."

"Nadia," she growled, "now."

"But don't you wanna see Magnolia again?"

"That's not the point."

"I mean, it's not like you guys can get through the gate again," Natsu reasoned. "You might as well."
