Chapter 43

//3 months later\\
It has been three months since we chose the house and moved in about a month ago. Today I was getting ready for my ultra-sound to see if everything is ok and to finally see the sex of the baby because the last time I went I went alone and decided not to know the sex of the baby until Nash was with me since he's the one who more excited to see. The house we live in is absolutely beautiful in my opinion, It has three bedrooms,one master bedroom, three bathrooms, a den, a huge kitchen with an island, a huge living room, and a small pool. My baby bump has gotten bigger that I my back hurts everyday. I was currently in our bedroom putting on some makeup while eating some chips, which I never do but I'm always craving fatty food, while Nash was taking a shower. I couldn't help but laugh at Nash for singing loudly in the shower. Once I finished my makeup I packed my bag and went downstairs to the kitchen to grab some granola bars because I am always hungry. My outfit for today was was a pink maternity shirt,jeans,with a small white sweater, brown sandals, and a brown belt.

"Babe where's my- Nevermind!" Nash yelled out. I laughed and continued to get ready for my doctor appointment, it was only ten morning but we like to be early.

"Ok you ready?" Nash said excitedly running down the stairs.

"Yup, I can tell you are." I giggled.

"Well yeah I get to know the sex of the baby and I have a surprise for you!" He said as he walked up to me and pecked my lips.

"Well let's go!" I smiled.

I was currently laying on the chair with Nash on my left side waiting for the doctor to come. I could tell Nash was nervous yet excited because he wouldn't stop pacing his leg.

"Ok Alexa you ready to find out your baby's sex?" The doctor smiled as she closed the door.

"Ready as I'll ever be." I smiled. I lifted up my shirt and she put the gel- like substance on my belly and began with the ultra-sound.

"So have you felt any kicking yet?" She questioned.

"Not yet no." I smiled at Nash who just kept staring at me.

"Well you're about 25 weeks into your pregnancy so you will be soon."

"Ok so you ready to know the sex?" She asked politely. Before I could answer Nash responded first.

"Yes! Very!" He smiled and she just laughed.

"Ok here it goes, you will be having a baby boy. Congratulations!" She said handing my a paper towel to clean off the substance off my belly. Nash's face illuminated with joy, I felt bad though because I knew he wanted a girl but I'm excited to have a baby boy.
