After a few days have passed, everything felt like I was starting all over. However, I wasn't confused or going crazy this time. That was the only difference.
Everyone still thought that I believed their lies, but that didn't matter so much. What really hurt was whenever I would talk to Taehyung, even if they would be just a few words.
He was starting to feel something for me. For real.
And we gladly decided to use it.
However, I put it aside for awhile, because I had something more important to do. I needed to talk to Jimin, since he didn't even try to contact me since the last time we met. Anyway.. He was the only person that didn't seem to be enjoying the game of destroying me that much. Maybe, he would tell me a thing or two.
But first, I needed to make sure of one thing.
So, I called him and we agreed to meet, as usual, at the rooftop of his workplace. Well, I was actually the one who wanted that. I needed to be alone with him.
"Raina," Jimin started with a small smile while approaching me. He lightly hugged me, which did not last for three seconds, before pulling away. "It's been awhile. How are you doing now?"
I slowly turned my gaze from the space behind him to his eyes, drawing an unsure smile on my face. "I'm fine."
He noticed the way I was smiling.
Lovely.
He was confused for a second, but then he shrugged it off, taking a seat beside me. "You weren't exactly fine last time I saw you.. Which was a week ago."
I think I could sense sadness in his voice, but it seemed like it wasn't because of what he was saying. Something else made him be that sad, but it wasn't not seeing me, for sure. Something was happening with him.
Okay.. But what the hell were you thinking about now? Like seriously.
Alright!
"I'm sorry." I spoke lowly, looking down. "I was having a horrible headache. And with all these things that happened, I was going insane.. But everything is settled now."
"Is it?" He wasn't convinced.
"Yeah." I looked at him, now giving him a reassuring smile. "I've been thinking about everything, and now I know what I want."
"What do you mean?" Now, he was starting to get a little confused and tensed, but he was good at hiding, only, his nervousness.
He was unusually emotionless, by the way.
Did I fucking ask? Start the acting for god's sake.
"Damn, I was so stupid." I looked away for a second and mumbled quietly but enough for him to hear. I turned to him again, a shy smile dancing on my lips as I moved my eyes from his eyes to his lips in hesitation.
