Nervously, I fiddled with my fingers as I stood at the door of Taehyung's office room. I barely could stand it when some of his employees were welcoming me with such heartwarming greetings while the others were just staring at me with pity.
But whatever..
I took a deep breath then knocked on the door once before going in, almost feeling like I just wanted to run all the way back home again because of what I saw.
Grow the fuck up.
Yeah, sure. There was nothing worrying about seeing your imaginary boyfriend, more like ex now, with your husband as they seemed to have an unpleasant conversation.
"Rain," Taehyung started, getting up from his chair and walking to me. He placed his hand on my back gently then placed a small kiss on my cheek. "What's with the beautiful surprise?"
Just how could he always stop my anxious thoughts that simply?
I couldn't help but to smile as I looked up at him, shrugging my shoulders. "Just wanted to go out a little."
Those daggers in my back weren't fucking delusional because I felt each one of them. Yes, Jungkook's glares.

I took a glance at him as Taehyung chuckled while heading back to his desk, resting on its edge, while Jungkook got up from his seat as well, ready to leave, giving me a slight nod.
"Good to see you, Raina."
No, it's not.
"Why is he here?" I found the words coming out of my mouth before I would even stop them. And the surprise look on both of their faces, specially Taehyung's, just confirmed me how much of a stupid thing it was to say.
Their expressions were different though. Taehyung's was more of an amused surprise like he didn't see it coming, yet he somehow, and for some reason, liked to hear it. Meanwhile, Jungkook's was full of anger, confusion and.. Was that goddamn disappointment?
Yes, it was.

"For business." Taehyung answered, trying to hold back his laughter. It was adorable and cute and all, but why was he way too excited by my aggressiveness against Jungkook?
Dumbass. Because he loved you, and would surely be over the moon to find you not even attracted to anyone else.

"Guess I'll take my leave then." I turned to Jungkook when I heard him let out a quiet sigh. "We'll continue next week." Taehyung nodded at him, I guess since I was just glaring at Jungkook, and he nodded back then left the office.
