Midoryia already finished 2 of his quests.
Hunt and cook a deer.

Now he had to...

Run through the entire forest.

"Alright, now do I do this on foot or?
I'm assuming this quest wants me to go through the entire forest but how do I do it time efficiently?

This forest is huge from what I see, it would take me hours and I won't have enough energy to secure some more food and water if I decide to go on foot." Midoryia thought to himself.

"Well it says to run through the forest. You don't have to worry about energy when you can steal it, idiot." Demon Izuku spat.

"Steal it?
Like from the plants?"

"That or from people, the fire, or from negative energy people spew."

"I thought only you could take negative energy"

"You an idiot or something..?
You literally have all my powers, you're part demon because of this.
Of course you can use negative energy, what do you think this power is built off of?"

"Oh"

"You don't have all day and this forest is huge.
Get moving.
However, if you're trying to stay in the down low, stealing energy from plants is a bad idea.
They'll wither down below you and it'd be obvious you did something.

These monitors only look away when you're changing, using the bathroom, or showering so it's not the smartest idea to display the fact you have multiple powers"

"I figured much. Yeah, I'm getting to work." .

Midoryia finished up stretching and began his run through the forest, he used his demonic powers to stay invisible.

It was a stealth Mission after all.

Midoryia passed by different classes, most people decides to work alone after hearing what the prize was. But they were failing miserably at it.

He continued to pass by them.

It took hours but Midoryia managed to go through the entire forest on foot and back to his shelter, just before sundown.
He decided he'd collect food and water during the walk to not waste time so he came back with a load.

Midoryia changed into his much dryer clothes, despite them not being the most comfortable, washed his UA gym uniform, hung it to dry,and ate.

He was exhausted after all of what he was put through.

"Why don't you try vitality Manipulation?
You hardly ever use it" demon Izuku asked.

Midoryia looked around, most people were still out trying to gather food.

"Im being monitored so I can't take the energy from the plants so now what?"

"Take the negative energy from the air"

"How?
I can't even see or feel it"

"Yes you can, you're just ignoring it.
Activate vitality Manipulation and you'll see the negative energy as clear as day"

"Okay..?"

Midoryia closed his eyes and activated vitality Manipulation. Suddenly he could see a dark purpleish black glowing smoke in the air as well as light green smoke glowing in the air.
There were also hints of orange glowing smoke and even blue.

"So that's what energy looks like to you? Green and this dark purpleish black are the most common"

"Green comes from the plants, if you follow it you can see it leads right to the ground and trees. The dark purpleish black however is negative energy, it comes from the people around here. Most of the demons within the other people are feeding off of it to get stronger, but they have a limit to how much they absorb and don't really get stronger. This is the energy I usually absorb to get stronger, since we're linked you're also able to absorb this energy.
