I sat in the large beanbag chair the boys had in their living room, a few drinks in, with Madelyn beside me, both of us showing each other outfits.
"You have to wear these!" Madelyn squealed showing me a photo of a boots, one was white and one was black.
"Those are so cute, send me the link," I smiled looking at her phone.
We were talking about outfits for me to wear on stage since she had seen a text come in from my manager about playing a show before leaving Charleston. Which was coming to an end way too soon.
"I have a shirt I could wear with it, like a dress and those!" I added. She nodded.
"I approve," she smiled.
"Okay y'all," Chase started, making everyone in the room stop their conversations and turn to look at him while he stood in front of everyone.
"Rudy and I found out some exciting news," he continued. Fuck. I sat up, leaning forward, my elbows on my thighs, my head in my hands.
"Our boy Drew," Rudy continued for him, gesturing to Drew who sat across from where I was, "Has a little girlfriend"
Drew and I subtly caught each other's gaze. I felt my body tense up a little bit. Shit, they don't actually know right?
"I do not!" Drew protested, leaning back in his seat.
"Yes you do!" Chase laughed.
"You had someone over! Maybe it wasn't a girl, I don't know what you're into, but you were on a date earlier," Rudy painted out, causing a few of us to laugh.
"And if I did? So what," Drew said.
"So I wanna know more, I wanna know who she is, how y'all met, all that," Chase said. What a hopeless romantic, gross.
