Chapter 10

Tonight was the big day, the final episode of Crash Landing On You was airing. Hyun Bin and Yejin were seated next to each other as usual.

Before the episode started airing Hyun Bin texted Yejin

"You look beautiful, as always"

"Thank you😊"

"I'd like to see you tonight. Is that ok?"

"Yes it's ok. Your place or mine?"

"Yours" Hyun Bin replied

Yejin was nervous for later on. She never had alcohol throughout the night and drank water because she wanted to talk to Hyun Bin with a clear mind. He settled for the same.

Watching the end of what they've invested the past 6 months of their hard work on felt surreal. It's been a roller coaster.

The party ended and everyone said their goodbyes. Hyun Bin left first and was driven to his entertainment agency where he took over from his driver and drove himself to Yejin's place.

He now knew the code in her apartment. When he got there she had already arrived. He went to the kitchen and found her there opening a bottle of champagne. He took glasses out and she filled them with the champagne. They had a toast.

"Can you believe it's finally over?" Hyun Bin said

"It's been a ride. I've learned so much from you the past 6 months. Thank you so much Binnie, I appreciate it"

"Why does this feel like a goodbye instead of a celebration" he said

Yejin laughed nervously. She took his hand and led him to the couch. They sat down and put their glasses on the table

"Is everything okay Yejin? You're acting weird"

"I don't know where to start"

"Start what?"

She held both his hands

"Binnie, I know we talked before we started with this drama and said we'll talk again when it ends." She stared into his eyes he was looking straight at her with anticipation

"You're such an amazing guy. You're caring, you're kind, you take care of me and have done nothing but love me for who and what I am. You make me laugh always and there's never a dull moment with you. You're so perfect, just like Ri Jeong Hyeok" She laughed and turned serious really quickly and continued "Which is what makes me scared. I can't distinguish between you and Ri Jeong Hyeok anymore, you're almost like the same person. I don't know if we're still living in the drama right now as our characters or it's just us Yejin and Hyun Bin"

"What are you saying Yejin, you're confusing me"

Yejin breathed heavily

"We got so immersed into our roles so much that I don't even know anymore if I'm SeRi or Yejin around you. I'm saying let's take a little time apart and try to find ourselves"

Hyun Bin removed his hands from hers and scoffed. He couldn't believe what he's hearing. He stood up and started pacing for what seemed like 5 minutes

"Please say something" Yejin said

He kept quiet and started

"I understand that you're confused right now and that's perfectly fine, I respect that but what I won't accept is you trying to make it seem like I started loving you 6months ago. I don't know about you but I don't doubt the love I have for you. I loved you then and still love you now. If I knew us taking this drama would lead to this confusion I wouldn't have agreed to do it in the first place" He said teary eyed
