Chapter 12

It was 11am the next morning and Hyun Bin has been waiting for Yejin to wake up so they can eat but she was still asleep due to exhaustion from last night's events

He carefully put food on her bedside table and climbed on the bed lying next to her facing her, he kissed her cheek but she didn't wake up. He kissed her lips and she slowly opened her eyes when she felt his lips brushing on hers, she smiled and slowly sank to his chest hiding her face. He couldn't help but smile at how adorable she looks so early in the morning

"Good morning fiancé"

"Morning fiancé" she said rubbing her eyes

"You must be hungry. I've made breakfast, get up"

Yejin realized she was bare underneath the sheets, she sat up and covered her chest

"Have you seen my shirt?"

"I don't remember where we left it last night" he said looking at her thinking of everything that happened the night before, how sweetly she called his name

"Can you please find it for me"

"Why?"

"I don't have anything on right now"

"You didn't have anything on last night too jagiya" he said with a smug smile on his face

"Yaaa Tae Pyung"

She hit him on the chest. He laughed and hugged her but she didn't hug him back

"Hug your fiancé" he whispered in her ear

Yejin hugged him back. He brushed her back and softly said

"Sarangae"

"Sarangae" Yejin said in the comfort of his arms

He kissed her forehead then got up and took his large tshirt from his closet and gave it to her. She wore it and went to the bathroom to brush her teeth then went back to the bedroom and they started eating

Yejin couldn't stop looking at her ring, it was so beautiful she loved it

"I have to call my parents and let them know, they'll be so surprised" Hyun Bin swallowed hard when he heard her say that

Yejin moved away from the bed and video called her mom, she picked up

"Omma, hi" she said smiling seeing her mother's face

"Eon Jin, how are you my baby"

"I'm good Omma, where's appa? I wanna tell you guys something" her dad appeared, she smiled at him and greeted him

"Appa, Omma I know this is not the best way to tell you this, especially through the phone so please don't freak out" Hyun Bin was still sitting on the bed listening to the conversation

"Tae Pyung is a good guy, a really good guy and he's very respectful" Yejin kept rambling, her parents just looked at each other and tried to keep a straight face

"We know that, get to the point Eon Jin" her father said

Yejin hesitated for a second, she knew her parents would be happy for her but being Korean and knowing how important it is asking for the father's approval before marrying still worried her what her father would think of Hyun Bin

"Appa, me and Tae Pyung are engaged. He proposed last night and I said yes. I love him so much appa and he loves me too and makes me happy" she said in her panicked voice

Her parents couldn't help but laugh seeing their daughter in a panicked state. Yejin was confused and turned to look at Hyun Bin, he shrugged his shoulders. Her parents finally calmed down
