AGREEING TO KARAOKE WITH VIOLET, is either gonna be a bad decision or an incredibly bad one.

A bad one assuming she can't sing that great, like the rest of her other people who came before us. Or an incredibly bad one, cause she's drunk and she might fall on her face up here.

Alice will kill me and no telling how mad Miguel will get.

Yes, they broke up but he's in love with her and hasn't been the same since he ended things with V. So yeah, he'll be mad at me if I let her fall on her face up here. So I won't let that happen.

The band up here are super chill as Vi, picks the song she wants us to sing. While making our way to the stage, a lot of people were shocked that I was about to do this. Thanks to that, we have an even bigger crowd.

Alice, Cass and his home girl Leah also walked up to the very front. Alice to make sure her bestie is ok and Cassidy is just drunk.

"You sure you can sing?" V asks me and I laugh.

"You sure that you can sing?" I retort and she shrugs with a smug smile. Thankfully she's a chill drunk. By talking to her you won't be able to tell but if you look at her eyes, you can definitely see it.

The whole night she's been drowning her sorrows and I felt terrible watching her. When I arrived I noticed her glance behind me, and even though her body relaxed cause Miguel wasn't with me, the sadness in her eyes was evident.

"Ready?" One of the bad guys asks us and I look over to Violet, who nods.

I'm not sure if I'd ever heard the song she chose but it's a newer country song so I think it's doable.

The band starts to play Just A Fool by Christina Aguilera and Blake Shelton. And I'm hoping she can somewhat hit those large notes Christina is known for.

   I am absolutely wrong.

V's voice is phenomenal. She's hitting them notes like no other. Even though her voice is not necessarily  Aguilerian—it's still mind fucking blowing.

Her brows shoot up and she laughs when I start to sing. Glad to know she was also unsure of my killer vocals.

The entire bar goes crazy for our performance. Including some of my teammates that are here along with other friends. And I haven't been able to stop smiling like an idiot since she shocked me with her good voice.
