You push all your hate for the god aside and team up with him while fighting the soldiers that are way too smart for being brainwashed.

Back to back, Loki and you shoot your magic onto the enemies that keep flying back but immediately stand back up again to run at you.

"This is not working out, we're just draining our powers, Loki!" you partly yell for him to hear you through all of the grunting and the sounds of powers shooting within the air.

"I figured as much," the god replies.

"Wait, I'll tell the team we have three over here, maybe some of them are able to come and help," you suggest.

"Did you just admit that this is not quite possible for you to do alone?" the Trickster smirks at you over his shoulder.

"Shut up!"

You press the button on your earpiece and start speaking,

"Guys, we have three on Time Square, is someone free to help us out?"

"Did you just ask us for help?" Tony says into his earpiece.

"You know what, I could just kill them and teleport back to Italy," you snarl.

"NO, don't kill them they aren't themselves," Bucky cries out.

"Steve and Thor are on their way to you guys, don't die," Tony declares.

"Of course they had to send my brother, he'll laugh at me for not being able to do this alone," Loki says.

"First of all, you're not alone, or am I no one?" you ask while shooting one of the soldiers into one of the shops where the citizens are standing.

"To me, you're not quite a person, no," Loki chuckles with some sort of serious undertone.

"Wow, I was just about to say something nice to you but I guess I won't be doing that now," you say, watching Loki shooting another soldier into one of the advertisement monitors.

"Why are you guys having a whole ass conversation while fighting three super-soldiers?" Tony screams through the earpiece.

"Why can you hear us, is the better question here?" you yell into yours.

"New feature, you have to double press for it to mute itself again," you hear Tony chuckle.

"And you just tell us now?" Loki screams loud enough for Tony to hear through your earpiece since he declined wearing one.

"Well, I thought a god and the strongest creature in the universe were smart enough to figure it out by themselves but nevermind."

"Yeah, fuck you," you say before muting the microphone.

Just then you see Thor and Steve walking through the street, way too chill for your liking.

When they finally arrive you speak up,

"You could've walked a bit slower."

"Where's the problem here, I thought you had three soldiers?" Thor asks confused.

"Well yes, we had three but took out two while you guys were strolling around Central Park," you yell as you shoot the third soldier back from you again.

"He is just annoyingly hard to conquer," Loki says.

"Couldn't we just all hit him at once? I'm really over it by now, he's just annoying at this point," you suggest.

As the others just nod, all of you turn to where the soldier was. Or where you thought he was.

"Where did he-" you start as you feel three bullets go straight through your body.

"Dude, why always me?" you grunt while slowly falling to your knees, feeling the hole in the middle of your lungs.

As you try your best to remain breathing properly, you see bolts of lightning shooting through the entire Time Square.

Your breath continuously hitches as your eyes slowly start to close and your body just lays on the ground, bleeding out and nobody seems to care.

That was until you feel two hands on your stomach, right above your wounds. You try to open your eyes but fail since your body was now drained from every form of energy after fighting while already being shot and now having another three bullets inside of you.

Are you going to die now? Is that seriously how you'll die? Through bullets?

"It's okay, you won't die. I'm healing your wounds," as you hear that voice you know exactly who was keeping you alive right now.

"Get out of my head, bitchass," you chuckle while feeling one of your wounds closing already.

"My apologies for wanting to see if you're still alive," he groans.

You just smile at that as you feel another wound close.

"How's it going?" you hear Steves voice above you.

"She's going to be fine," Loki tells the super-soldier.

"Let me teleport us into the Jet, I'll heal the last one in there, I just needed you to not die."

"It's fine, I can teleport myself," you grunt as you sit up.

"Is that so? Then go ahead," the god smirks while teleporting himself away.

"Well fuck, I thought he wouldn't give up so easily," you mutter under your breath while closing your eyes, trying to bring up the energy to teleport.

Again. And again.

"I can teleport myself," you quickly turn around when you hear the god standing right behind, mocking you.

"Did you just teleport behind me to watch me fail?" you question him.

"Indeed and it was quite entertaining," he smirks down at you.

"I hate you," you mumble.

"You're pretty rude to your savior."

"Oh god, I would've rather died than having to listen to you saying this for forever now," you roll your eyes.

"I can arrange that," he suggests a bit too serious for your liking.

"No, no don't you dare to kill me now, that would be wasted energy."

He sticks out one hand for you to take as he helps you up and teleports both of you into the Quinjet.

Laying down onto one of the benches you close your eyes, drifting off to sleep almost immediately. That was originally not your plan but Loki will be able to heal you without you being awake.

You slowly let your consciousness leave your body.

"Wakey, wakey, kid," you hear Tony say.
