For the first time in what felt like years, all eight of them were sitting together at lunch time, talking and eating as Woyoung did his best to catch up on some of the assignments he missed while absent and Jongho just enjoyed having finished his class early so he could sneak into his hyung's lunch time. Although it was surprising the way not a single teacher noticed him yet.
"Sang-ah" Hongjoong called "It's been a while since we heard about your violin classes"
"Oh...well, they're going alright" He shrugged "My dad is excited for the recital"
"Huh?!" Mingi almost choked on his food "And you haven't even told us!"
All seven of them gasped.
"Well, I was going to let all of you know...soon..." They noticed the slight pink blush on his cheeks, almost the same colour as his birthmark. "I just feel embarrassed because all of you being there is a bit...I don't know..."
"Woah, Yeosangie is growing up so fast" San cooed, hugging his friend tightly.
"Is not a big deal" The honey haired tries to dismiss it "It's this Friday, at 8 pm."
"Well then, prepare yourself to have your biggest fans in the crowd" Seonghwa cheered as his smile showed his blue braces, making Hongjoong, who was at his left, chuckle.
"Should we stay tomorrow to see San practice? We can wait for Yeosang as well and then leave all together" Yunho asked in the excitement of the moment. "We can go to my house afterwards"
"Tomorrow is Tuesday, do you think we can?" Jongho asked, not quite sure.
"Well...maybe to have lunch?" Wooyoung sort of answered, making sure if that was the case.
"Alright, sign me in!" Mingi said, excited "Yah, it's been like so long since we went to your house too" He mentioned.
"Nuh huh, you slept at my house last month" Yunho raised an eyebrow.
Mingi seemed to think about it for a second.
"Oh...right, I got confused with Yeosang's house, we've never been there" Mingi realized.
All eyes went to Yeosang again.
"I-I mean, Wooyoung saw my living room a few times..." He said, a bit shy.
"Hold on" Seonghwa frowned "You're telling me that after all these years you've never actually visited his house?"
"Well, we have seen a few room when we've facetime'd" Wooyoung giggled, shy as well as he scratched his neck.
"Now I have another question" Seonghwa mentioned, noticing all the attention shifted to him.
"How did the rest of you meet if Joong-ah is a grade older?" Hongjoong didn't make it obvious but he could almost feel an out-of-body experience realising on his own his sudden and not noticeable shock when he heard his nickname.
He is used to nicknames, but not Seonghwa's nicknames for him, he thought it was kind of funny, he kind of likes it. Has the rest of the group noticed the nickname? It doesn't look like they did but why is Hongjoong thinking about it after more then 10 seconds, is not something important, he just heard a sudden fun nickname.
Not even Seonghwa himself seems to be minding it, but why is Hongjoong thinking about it? Was there something about the nickname? Hongjoong doesn't really know..."Oh that's easy" San smiled, ready to answer "Remember when I said that Yeosang's and Youngie's class worked on something with my class for Christmas that year?"
Seonghwa nodded.
"Well...we became friends back then, and because Yunho was also in my class, he joined us" San remembered.
