Y/N's POV
We went outside the house. We were about to walk out the gate of the house.
Clementine: Should I stay?
Y/N: Huh?
Clementine: I don't want to sleep in the tree house tonight, but what if my parents get home?
I stay silent, I don't know how to answer, I can't just tell her that they won't be coming home.
Y/N: Don't worry, We'll still be in the town. And besides, you still have the talkie, right?
Clementine: Oh yeah! I do! If I'm not there, they will just talk to me through here.
Y/N: There, problem solved. Now let's get some help.
Clementine: Okay.
We go through the house gate. We see two men struggling to push a car.
Man 1: Man.
Man 2: I ain't never getting home to mama at this rate.
Man 1: This sucks.
Man 2: Aw it's hot dish night.
Y/N: Hey!
The men turned around and saw us. They freaked out.
Man 1: Holy shit!
Man 2: Don't eat us!
Y/N: It's okay! I'm not one of those......things.
Man 1: Well, that's good.
Y/N: What are you guys doing?
Man 1: Trying to get home, this whole neighborhood is a disaster. You people on your way outta here? Because you should be. Those things are all over the damn place. I'm Shawn, Shawn Greene.
Y/N: I'm Y/N, and this is Clementine.
Clem shyly waved hiding behind me.
Man 2: I'm Chet.
Shawn: We shouldn't be out in the open like this. How about you help us clear a way out and we will take you and your daughter out of here, and down to my family's farm. It should be safer there.
Y/N: I'm not her dad. I'm just some guy.
Shawn: Some guy? She was alone? Well let's get going.
We then heard the monsters coming.
Chet: The monsters are coming! We gotta go!
Shawn: Y/N, quick! Let's go!
I helped push the car, Clem then came in and helped too. We all then got in the truck, Chet gets in the cargo bed. The truck drives off and hits the car we were pushing. I saw Clem looking at her house for the last time.
Shawn: For just some guy, it seems like you saved a bunch of lives today.
The truck continues driving.
