Y/N's POV
Me and Carley went home a few days after the birth of Mia. During the nine months of her pregnancy, we got our house sit up for our daughter, she is in her crib right now as me and Carley were still asleep in bed. Then we woke up to the sound of Mia crying.
Y/N: I'll get her.
I get up and walk to her crib.
Y/N: What's wrong Mia?
She continued to cry.
Y/N: You might be hungry.
I get a bottle of milk and help her drink it. She starts to calm down. Carley got up and walked over.
Carley: That worked.
Y/N: Now she just needs to get back to sleep.
Carley: Here, let me do it.
Carley hums a tune. After a minute. Mia went back to sleep.
Y/N: Wow.
Carley: This will only get harder.
Y/N: I know. But we'll raise her right. She's gonna grow up to be the toughest woman in the world.
Carley: Yeah. She will.
Y/N: Shall we head back to bed?
Carley: Yeah.
We both get back in bed and fall back asleep.
