Anya woke up at 5 am, still in the same position on Yuzuru's shoulder as they fell asleep during the movie. She quietly removed the laptop from his lap and got up, going to take a quick shower and then back to the room, not sure what to do.
She usually woke up this early and just worked either on a school project, read a book or played chess online. She couldn't do any of it here. Anya looked back to sleeping Yuzuru but felt weird to go back to lie next to him. It just suddenly felt way too personal and intimate.
She sat on the floor on the other side of the room and went to reply to the last text from Megan, re-reading it again.

Megan
-Thanks love! I was planning that move for so long and was really worried he will see through it but luckily he didn't. It was definitely a match I won't forget.
-Well I think we are both used to it already now, that they just don't put women an men into the same category. I guess all we can do about it is just to keep kicking their arses :D
-But I really don't like how they are constantly trying to create some war between the two of us. Just cause we are women, they are expecting us to fight. You sure you won't give them an interview yourself? It's the most prestigious chess magazine. That would finally shut them up.

Anya finally decided to reply. She was giving it a lot of thought already and finally came to a decision.

Anya
-Yeah, I am sure. Sorry Meg. I really really don't want give any interviews to anyone.
-I don't think my social anxiety would handle seeing my face all over a magazine. LOL.

She wrote LOL even though she was definitely not laughing. She hated the attention the reporters were giving her and at least now they finally got used to the fact she won't talk to any of them and stopped chasing her. Anya definitely wasn't planning to give them another reason to start bothering her.
She didn't have anything else to say to Meg, so she just finished her message there, looking around the room to find something how she could kill the time.
Anya then noticed one of Yuzuru's math assignments on his desk and borrowed a pen.
Several minutes later there was again nothing else to do.
She looked around again and saw his English assignment. But knowing he did struggle with English, she let it be for him to fill it in himself, so he learns. She already knew he was good at math so she has just saved his time, but didn't rob him from learning something he didn't already know.
Then her eyes fell on his physics assignment. She had no idea if he was good at that or not.
But she was just bored to death. She took his notepad and started to write the thesis.
That at least took her an hour but at 6:30, Yuzuru was still asleep.
Anya guessed that since it's Saturday he won't have to get up for a training and was wondering if she could just sneak out and go home, but she thought it would be incredibly rude. Plus she still needed to apologize to his mum.
So she just sat there leaning against the wall and watched him peacefully sleeping and thinking about her upcoming tournament, soon falling asleep again.

When she woke up, to her surprise, she was again lying in his bed, but this time Yuzuru wasn't there. She got up and went to the living room, just to find him sleeping on the sofa in the most uncomfortable position possible.

She sat down next to him and gently shook his shoulder.

-Yuzu.....

-Hmm?

-Please go back to bed. You can't sleep here like this.

Yuzuru now slowly sat up on the sofa, looking at her with an almost apologetic look.

-So I can't sleep on a sofa but you can sleep leaning against the wall, on the floor?

-Sorry... - She said slightly embarrassed.

-No. I am sorry for sleeping there with you in the first place. I figured I overstepped the boundaries and I am sorry.

-It's okay Yuzu, really. Just go back there and sleep. If you just lend me a book I will be quiet as a mouse.

-You are always quiet as a mouse.

Anya again wasn't sure what to say to that. Was it a complain? Or just a statement? She just hanged her head, looking at her hands trying to come up with some witty response.

Yuzuru raised her chin back to his gaze.

-Exactly like that. Little, quiet mouse....

-I am just not sure if I should get offended or not.

-Of course not! I thought it kinda sounded cute....

-Should I then call you a pumpkin?

Anya started to laugh at her own joke but even though Yuzuru was trying to look angry, he was suppressing a smile as well. Mostly just from seeing her laugh like that. She was not laughing very often in front of him, but when she did, his heart was melting.

-Anyway....I can't sleep in today, I have a lot to do for school this weekend.

Anya scratched the back of her head.

-Yeah...about that....

______________

Yuzuru was quickly leafing through all the math problems he was supposed to solve until his next class. All of them being filled in. All fifteen pages.

Anya was standing behind him, her head down, hands behind her back, and nervously twisting with her healthy foot on the floor. She wasn't sure if he is mad at her or not.

-How?! When?! When did you wake up?

-5 am?

-And you were working on this until you fell asleep? I found you at 7 am...It took you only two hours to do all this? I was planning it would take most of my afternoon today!

-Yeah...something around the two hours....

Yuzuru turned around, hearing in her voice that she was lying. He now matched her gaze but she quickly started to look at the ceiling.

-How long did it take you...honestly.

-I don't know....I write fast.

-An hour?

-Eeeh, the physics thesis took me an hour I think.

-You did the physics assignment as well? But that was a written one! Not just to fill in results of the equations.

-I write fast? But with that one I am not sure how good are you in physics. So I just wrote in a level that I assumed somebody at your year of studies should have...

-Wait a minute...so you could have make me sound smarter, but didn't?

He was now smiling and she could see that he was not mad at her.

-Well I might have scammed that idiot with his thesis, but believe it or not, I often did some school work for my friends. Especially in high school. If I would make you sound smarter, it would be suspicious.

-You are absolutely amazing, you know that?

Anya just shrugged her shoulders.

-Do you know what that means?

-No?

-That I have a free weekend!!! I didn't have a free weekend for months!!
