"Let's get you inside," I giggled as Peter and I landed in front of his school.
"Wait, are you walking me in," he asked as I nodded.
"I'll drop you off at your classroom," I said as he nodded, and we walked through the doors, and to his classroom.
"Miss Stark what are you doing here," one of the teachers asked as I looked at Peter.
"Peter Parker, he goes here, just dropping a friend off."
"We all thought Mister Parker was telling stories," he said in shock as I laughed.
"Nope, come on Pete," I said, gesturing for him to follow me.
"Miss Stark, would you mind holding an assembly for the students, you're kind of a hero around here," he asked, his grey hair flopped over his head like a mop as I nodded.
"Yeah, but I have to get back to the tower soon so quickly," I sighed as the first bell rang.
"Mister Parker please show Miss Stark to the auditorium and I'll announce it over the speakers," he said as Peter nodded nervously.
"Thank you Peter," I smiled as he led me to the auditorium, and the announcement came through telling all students to report to the auditorium.
"I don't do public speaking very well," I laughed nervously as he smiled at me.
"I'll introduce you," he smiled as I nodded with a nervous sigh before going onto the stage. People filed in rather quickly, and my nerves became worse.
"He-hello everyone, today we have a very special guest, and a friend of mine all the way from Asgard please welcome Jessica Stark," he said into the mic as he handed it to me.
"Good morning young children of Queens junior high, my name is Jessica Stark, niece of Tony Stark, and I'm basically here today to uh...to answer questions, and maybe give a short speech at the end," I stumbled out as I looked at the young kids in the auditorium.
"Yes, you in the fifth row," I said as a girl with blonde and blue hair raised her hand.
"What exactly are your powers," she questioned shyly.
"Well, allow me to show you," I smiled as I used my green magic to boost myself up, and created a small stool of ice, sitting on it.
"I can also read all of your minds, and I know how people feel, I am still discovering everything, but I know about that for now," I smiled as I pointed to another student. They continued asking small, innocent questions like things about my personality, and about the other avengers, that was until one boy.
"You young man," I smiled as he stood up.
"Flash Thompson, and aren't you Loki's daughter, how do we know you didn't help him," he asked as the previous night played through my head.
"While yes, I am Loki's daughter, I'm not like he was, you see my father died to save the nine realms, excuse me," I said as I shoved the mic to Peter, and walked in a rushed pace off the stage as tears filled my eyes. I found the nearest exit, flying back to the tower, and started getting sick as soon as I reached the kitchen sink. Once I finished I let the tears fall, sliding down the cupboard doors in front of the sink as I heard footsteps.
"Jess, I heard you getting sick, how long has that been going on," Tony asked as he sat next to me.
"It's just from the pregnancy Tony I'm fine," I said with a small cough as he gently rubbed my back.
"I don't think you should be this sick Jess, as it is you've never been sick before now," he said as I put my head back against the wooden cupboard.
"I didn't realize how terrible it is to be sick," I laughed as he smiled.
