AUTHOR's POV
"Leave."
"Run away or else death will take her away." the voice spoke with finality making Lisa react with out even thinking.
And so she ran away..
She ran as fast as she could away from Chaeyoung, never looking back..
She ran never stopping, never breathing until her feet and her lungs finally surrendered and everything seemed to spin and go dark.
And just when her consciousness was about to leave her, Lisa suddenly heard a familiar voice speak. Even without opening her eyes she can clearly recognize who it was.
"Why do I always find you in that state Lisa-yah?" the woman spoke so sadly.
"Nikki?" Lisa mumbled dazed trying to stay conscious but everything seemed to spin so fast.
"Don't worry. We're going home now." the woman uttered sadly and everything finally went dark.
The short drive home was solemn and quiet. The only thing you'll hear was Lisa's constant murmurings and weeping while she was asleep.
Nikki then stopped and parked her car in front of a huge house and gazed down at the sleeping woman with such intensity.
"Remember the time I found you after Errin's death?" Nikki mumbled sadly at the sleeping woman.
"You looked so lost at that time."
"You said you ran away from everyone because you're a curse."
"I never really understood why you always see and think of yourself like that, but all I ever wanted at that time was for you to be happy again."
"I was blind, believing that somehow I could do that."
"God knows how much I love you.."
"Hell I would give my world and my life for you Lisa-yah." Nikki whispered painfully as she run her fingers on Lisa's dishelved hair.
"Maybe that thought blinded me.."
"Cause a part of my heart wished and believed that my love could somehow ease your sorrow."
"But I was wrong."
"And I realized that too late." she uttered with faint smile.
" I hope one day you'll be able to forgive me for everything that I've done to you Lisa."
"For keeping you away from those people that you love and depriving you of the chance to seek medical help that you badly neeeded that time you fell into deep depression."
" I was not aware of how bad it was until you ran away scared and got into accident."
"I'm sorry.."
"You deserve to be happy and I will not let you run away from your happiness again Lisa-yah."
"And this time, I'm bringing you back home to where you truly belong." Nikki finally said with her eyes welling up with beads of tears. She heaved a deep breath, wiped her tears and finally took Lisa's phone and made a call.
