"Actually, this is Errin's house."
"And maybe now is the right time that I get to introduce you to her." I saw Jennie Unnie smiled painfully as she made me turn and faced at the Urn and a huge portrait of a beautiful young woman who used to be Lisa's great love.
"That's Errin?"
"She's......dead?" I was utterly shocked and confused with everything I am witnessing right now.
My eyebrows furrowed in confusion as I look at Jennie but she just gave me a sad smile and stared at the portrait in front of us.
God knows how I wanted to know everything about Errin and what's her part in Lisa's life.
But never in my life that I wanted it to be like this.
I was never prepared for this one.
Now I really do understand now why they never mentioned her name.
Why until now, all of Lisa's social media accounts were still deactivated. I even searched for Errin's profile but it's all unavailable.
Why I have never seen even a single picture of her in her room or everything that belongs to her.
She avoided everything that might remind her of Errin.
She shut her eyes from the things that hurt her the most.
At some point, I came to realize this possibility but I just shrug that thought off, too afraid to acknowledge everything.
I was not naive not to feel that this is not just a simple break up.
That there's a deeper reason behind Lisa's eyes the first time I met her more than a year ago.
She used to have the saddest eyes..
And those eyes..
Those are the eyes of someone who lost everything.
But I ignored all those gut feeling, too scared to acknowledge an even bigger trauma in her life.
Or maybe I was just to scared to accept the fact that I am not the only one in her heart.
Tell me, how could I help her heal? When it's mine that's about to get broken?
God, can Lisa's life be more miserable than this?
It makes me more mad and angry at the world.
Cause she doesn't deserve any of this.
All Lisa ever wanted is to live happily with those people that she loves.
But life hasn't been kind to her..
Taking the people she dearly love away from her one by one..
Her Mom,
Her Dad...
...and then Errin..
How cruel life can be?
What more could they take away from her?
