The couple was walking towards the BBQ restaurant not far from SMent.

As they were chatting while holding hands as they walk, dressed in full black attire and face fully covered by her sunglasses and mask, She stealthily walked towards y/n and pushed her down from the back.

Y/N fell hard, she felt pain from her lower stomach almost immediately, seeing Y/N in pain she screamed out
" HAHAHAHA YOU B*TCH THIS IS WHAT YOU GET FOR STEALING BAEKHYUN OPPA AWAY FROM ME HAHAHHAHA" and she ran off

Baekhyun wanted to run after her but Y/N cried in pain
"O-oppa, my stomach i-it hurts, help me"

"Hyung call the ambulance faster!"
Baekhyun screamed at his manager

The crowd was forming more and more people realized that the couple were Baekhyun and y/n themselves.

Flashes all around them, y/n was so overwhelmed that she fainted.

"Jagi! Jagi! Wake up!"
Baekhyun screamed while tapping her face

The ambulance sirens were heard
"Make way all of you go away!"
His manager hollered

The paramedics wheel in a gurney, they strapped y/n on the gurney and went into the ambulance with Baekhyun following hot behind.

In the ambulance the paramedics check in the baby's heart rate and monitored y/n's health as well, they pushed fluids into her to keep her blood pressure stable.

Baekhyun held y/n's hand tightly, she still wasn't awake

"Why is she not awake?"
He asked

"She is currently in shock, but don't worry she'll wake up soon"

They arrived at the hospital quickly, y/n was wheeled into the A&E, the doctors were all moving around her to conduct more checks and conducted fetal monitoring for the fetus

"Baby is in distress! We have to do a emergency c-section stat (medical term for immediately)"
The doctor ordered

The nurses rushed to get y/n prepared for c-section, they quickly cut away her clothes and sanitized her entire belly.
