Caught Up : (Young) Sirius Black x FemReader

 Apology Accepted

It was the next morning. Ugh, I have school. I get ready and change into my uniform. I see that the girls are already up and getting ready.

"Why didn't either of you guys wake me up?" I ask sounding a bit annoyed.
"I don't know, you just looked so peaceful." Alice says with a light chuckle.
Marlene cuts in, "Yea, we didn't want to wake you." She gives a sincere smile.
"Next time, please do. I don't want to be late." I say. I soon realize that Lily isn't in the dorm. "Where's Lily?" I ask them.
"Oh, she went down to the common room right before you woke up." Mary says.
"Oh, alright." Is all I say.

We all finish getting ready and head down to the common room. I see all the guys there and Lily. She is talking to James. Yes, finally. Wait, she went without me. How rude. Snapping out of my thoughts, Remus calls me over to him.

"Hey, Remus, what's up?" I ask. He is by far one of my closest friends. Him and Lily of course. Oh yea, and the girls.

Remus' POV:

I love how she says my name.

"Hey Y/N. Ready for Potions first period." I ask her.
"Ugh, no. I strongly dislike that class. Don't get me wrong, Professor Slughorn is cool, but way to energetic, especially for my liking." she says. Ugh, she's so cute.
"Yea I understand. So what do you suppose Lily and James are talking about?" I ask, changing the subject.
"I'm not sure. They seem to be fine though. I don't hear any yelling or anything." She replies.
"Yea that's true, but I don't see any smiles either." I say.

We both look over at James and Lily, they seem to be having a serious conversation. Neither of them are showing emotion. That's least of my worries though, how can I tell Y/N that I have feelings for her?!

Y/N's POV:

I hope James and Lily are working things out. I didn't even get to start my plan yet. I haven't even really talked it over with the girls and boys, excluding James and Lily obviously. I would hate to see there 'relationship' get messed up. They look so great together and James has been trying so hard. I just need to get Lily to understand how great James really is.

"Hey, I have a question to ask you." I start.
"Yea what is it?" Remus answers.
"Now that they are probably going to have to start over and Lily is going to have to gain her liking for James....again, we should help them. Slightly, and secretly." I say with a grin on my face.
"See, I would say I would help you, but your plans never work." Remus says jokingly.
"Ouch Remus, ouch." I say, pretending to sound offended. It was all fun and games though. "So, how about you and I, and the others help them out a bit." I suggest.
"Alright, fine. What's the plan?" He gives in.
"I...don't know yet. That's also why I need your guys' help." I say.
"So you're telling me, you want to help James and Lily get together, but you don't have a plan on how to do it." He says.
"Exactly. Glad we're on the same page." I say while getting up.

Now I'm off to Potions. I hope we do hands on things like actually brewing the potions instead of reading about the potions. As I was about the exit the common room, Remus stopped me.

"Wait, Y/N!" He shouts.
"Yes?" I say while slowly turning around to face him.
"Let's walk to Potions together, yeah?" He says.
"Um, sure." I say with a slight chuckle.

Remus and I were just talking and joking around when we finally got to the dungeons for Potions. We found Sirius and Peter already there. I guess Lily and James will be coming later because they obviously aren't here yet and we're in the same class. Sadly, we had potions with Slytherin today. They are not my favorite house but they aren't that bad as they come off. Everyone's always about that Gryffindor and Slytherin rival shit but, to me they aren't all that bad.

"I see Sirius and Peter have beat us here." Remus says.
"Yea, who knew they would come to class early, and before us." I joke. I hear Remus chuckle a bit, I join him.

Remus and I sit at the same table as Sirius and Peter. I'm still not a fan of Sirius, and now that I think of it, same with Peter. Although I have a reason for Sirius. Peter....he is just so..... quiet. I haven't spoke with Sirius ever since I heard about the whole Snape thing.

Sirius' POV:
I saw Y/N come in Potions and I just miss talking to her. I think she stopped talking to me because of the prank. I wanted to apologize but I just haven't found the right time. I doubt she'll even let me. I miss talking to her. Maybe I can try and bring up the whole Operation: bring James and Lily together thing. Yea, I'll do that. Hopefully it will work.

"Hey Y/N." I start with. She just glares at me.
"Soo, since neither James or Lily are here, and class hasn't started yet, now would be a good time to talk about the James and Lily thing. Don't you think?" I say, trying to start conversation.

Y/N's POV:
I think Sirius is trying to get me to talk to him. I can't ignore him forever so I guess I have no choice.
"Yea I guess so." I say, looking back down.
"Great, so how's it going to work?" Sirius asks. I just shrug. I really didn't want to talk to him. "Well, do you have any ideas?" He continues.
"No, Black. Class is about to start so would you please shut it." I spat at him. Earning glances from Peter and Remus.

Sirius' POV:
Damn, she playing hard to get. I see how it is.
"Fine, darling. Whatever you say." I say while giving her a smirk. She doesn't say anything back, she just sighs.

I look at Remus, hoping he will help me, but he just gives me a blank stare. We were doing individual work for the rest of class. Everyone was focused on their own thing. Including Professor, so I took this chance to try and speak with Y/N.

"Psst." I whisper. She doesn't say or do anything. She probably didn't hear me. "Pssttt." I try again. This time she looks at me.
"What do you want, Black." She whispers with a stern tone.
"Can you help me." I ask, making up an excuse for her to talk to me. I would ask Lily or James but they still haven't shown up to class yet. It's been like 15 minutes.
"No, you got this." She says, looking back down at her work.
"I don't, that's why I'm asking you to help me." I say, trying my best to convince her.

Just ask she was about to say something, I see James and Lily walk in the class room. They seem to have been running. Their robes and uniforms are a mess, Lily's hair is all over the place. Or maybe, they were doing the nasty. Ewwwww. Anyway, I'm not going to give up on Y/N. I miss talking to her. I miss laughing with her. I miss seeing her. I really just miss....her.

Y/N's POV:
After hearing Sirius' complaints, I see James and Lily stumbling into the class, they looked so unorganized. Lily's hair was all over the place. I wonder if they were just running to get here or....ewwwwwww. Lily and James come rushing over to us, Lily sitting next to me.

"Psst, Lils, what the bloody hell happened with you?" I whisper yell.
"Umm, let's just say, I accept James' apology." She says with a smirk. Mmmhm I knew it, nasty hoe. Jk, I love you Lils.
"Soooo, you fucked James?" I asked, only half joking.
"Y/N!" Lily whisper yells in my face.
"Sorry sorry." I say, putting my hands up as a sign of surrender. "So, you guys are okay now?" I ask, all jokes aside.
"Yes, we are." She says with a smile. She looks across the table to find James looking back at her.
"Great, so you guys are dating now?" I ask, hoping she will say yes.
"No. We just kissed. That's all." She says. Dang. Guess Operation: get James and Lily together is still on.

(A/N: hey guys. I'm really really sorry about not posting. I was busy and tired. I will try to post more consistently. I say about twice a week or so. Idk yet. Hope you all are enjoying the story so far. I know the plot is a bit messy but, I'm trying.)
