The Incident-The Make-up

Classes we finally over for the day, it was overall a very long day. It was exhausted, there was nothing but piles of homework at the end of the day. I hate the homework, of course I get it done but, it's just so much. And as usual, the 'Marauders' were bothering Lily and I the whole day. The other girls as well, but they don't have many classes with us. I feel that I could never get a break from then and their nagging. Though, it would be quite boring without them around.

It was just me in the Gryffindor common room. I was waiting for Lily so we could do some work together. But I guess she felt asleep or something. I don't really care though, I don't really want to do the work anyway so I'll just let it be. I decided to go to the library and find me some new books. I finally finished 'The Great Gatsby' and it was so good. I want to read something new though.

I got to the library to find, like, no one here. As usually but this time it was like completely empty. At least I thought it was. I walked further into the library to search for some books. I went into the 'Muggle' isle to find some pretty interesting books. I walked at the end of the isle to find these two people snogging. Ugh, ew. Don't people and any respect. I was about to leave them until I noticed the one figures facial features....and his hair length. SIRIUS!? I internally screamed. Of course I didn't want to interrupt anything so I quickly ran for it. Well, not ran, more speed walked out of there. That would've been embarrassing

I went back into the common room to find the three known boys. I then just realized that I wasn't ale to grab a book on my way out of the library. I was looking at a good one as well, oh well, I'll get it tomorrow. Anyway, I went to sit with the boys.

"Hey boys, what you guys up to?" I ask, while plopping on the couch next to James.
"Nothing much Y/N/N. We were just discussing a prank we wanted to pull." James says. Oh brother, this can't be good. I think.
"No, James was talking about it. Peter and I were just listening." Remus inputs.
"Yea, we're kind of forced to." Peter also adds.
"Hey?!" James exclaims, putting his hand in the air.

I laugh at that, and the boys do to. We go on, just talking about our days. Then of course, Sirius enters the room. He might not know that I caught him making out with some girl, but it's still awkward, especially for me.

"Ahhh, there's our Padfoot." James says happily.
"What's up guys?" He says, like nothing happened. Though I know what happened.
"Nothing, we were just talking about stuff." Remus says calmly with a small smile.
"Oh nice." Sirius says.
"So Pads, why are you coming in just now?" James says.
"Oh, Umm, I was in the library." He says, which wasn't a lie, but wasn't the complete truth.
"The library? For what?" Peter questions.
"Oh nothing. Just looking for some....school books. Yea, school books." Sirius hesitates. He is such a bad liar.
"Ummm, okay. If you say so, mate." Peter says.
"Alright well, I'm going to bed. Night losers." James says while getting up.

"Night James."
"Night, mate"
"Night."
"Goodnight, James."

We all at the same time. It was just Remus, Peter, Sirius and I left in the common room. I asume Lily and the girls already went to bed. The boys and I continue our conversation when of course, Remus and Peter both head up to there dormitories to go to bed. Of course, just my luck. I'm stuck the Sirius Black. The 'likes-to-snog-in-libraries' guy.

After a few minutes of silence, "Why are you still down here? It's nearly midnight. Shouldn't you be in bed?" Sirius says.

We are both on the couch now. I'm at one end while he is at the other. There was just enough space in between us to fit two more people. Which was good, I don't really like physical touch. Only some things and people are exceptions though.
