"We'll never leave."
Hongjoong concluded at the younger, with whom he doesn't share the same height.
After a few more minutes of locking eye contact with Hongjoong, Yunho gave up as he can't keep up with the tiring gaze of Hongjoong that was clearly pierced at his, with soft and twinkling sparkle along with it.
Mingi then asks Hongjoong to proceed as he saw the sign of letting them speak even with the obvious annoyance the tall master shows.
Why wouldn't he though? He heard the small chit-chat of Shinta and the ninja before about the death of his brother and father, but he didn't experience breaking down because in the first place he doesn't have any emotions left to spill. He deciphered that the crew of Hongjoong is only here to give details about it.
But he wasn't interested in any of the details the crew brought all the way from Anyang to Gwangju.
"I am really sad to inform you that a family of yours died..."
"It was a pity to lose someone like..."
"I wish I could repay their kindness, but through you..."
"Please stay strong..."
"Condolences, Master Yunho..."
what a pity,
I have memorized every each of the phrases people could throw to a family at their funeral with nothing but fake tears they got from the tap water at the faucets of their dusted houses and fake emotions they brought up to have my father bless them golds and food that they only chase for.
"Join my crew."
'cough'
Yunho caught himself choking at his own saliva as he hears a phrase that was obviously new to his ears. But he acted as if he was cool after a shameful happening happened. What?!
"What?!" Mingi represented the thought Yunho was keeping inside his head, perfectly.
"I thought your only motive here is to inform Yunho about something?" Hongjoong smirks slightly. "There is no need to do that because it seems like Yunho knows it already." He eyes the suit of the young master before continuing his words. "that is the favorite color of your brother, right?"
Yunho is giving honor to the death of his brother by wearing a suit of his favorite color?
Yunho never replied.
"Yesterday, at midnight, I felt something, like an urge to do something,
Or to encourage someone."
!!
'Ching'
As sweat trickles down on the forehead of Hongjoong, blood accompanies it as the young master boldly lets his small sword kiss the notch of the other's neck.
"Leave. Now." With large eyes and slight shaking of fingers, Yunho threatens, as he yanks his arm away from the tiny hands of Hongjoong as if a big secret of him was spilled that he couldn't control himself from trembling in shock.
The crew didn't like it, other than the fact that Yunho raises his sword and pointed it to their leader, Hongjoong wasn't moving at all to at least prevent himself from getting hurt when it is obvious that the tall young master is not in his mind to talk about anything.
