The body of the man named Changbin was pushed through the sea beneath him.

He wanted to scream and cry when he felt nothing supporting his body. He felt the weight of gravity dragging him down, but his mouth was muffled by a thick cloth preventing him to scream loudly and clearly asking for help.

Is this the end of me? 

He asked himself before he was embraced by the cold blue water of the sea. He actually wished to be unconscious right now, so that he won't deal with the water filling up his lungs, so that the pain isn't there, so that he could die easily.

But why is it bright? 

He thought darkness wrapped him fully to his death, but it was surprisingly bright— or is this heaven he have just mistaken.

"cease him!"

That was the very next thing he heard, after a loud gasp met his right ears, and feeling the air above the sea. Did he save me? He should've died, but, the child of the ruthless captain saved him— Jeong Gunho. Gunho is in big trouble for disobeying the wicked pirate, his father.

While wiggling his feet at the sea, a silver blade cuts through the tight rope, enabling Changbin to move freely.

Freeing his mouth from the thick cloth, and giving Changbin the ability to see his surroundings again.

Changbin thanked Gunho for his sacrifice while coughing the remaining salty water at his mouth. Changbin waited for the agonizing pain coming from arrows, axes, bullets that'll be thrown by the minions of Gunho's father, but there was nothing.

Back on the dry land, The Infamous pirate hissed seeing the situation. His own son betrayed him for a pointy chin farmer,

funny.

His veiny hand comes into the pirate's view, stopping them from doing the attack. "bring Gunho to me and I'll be the one giving his punishment."

Captain Yunseok glared at the two heads popping out from the blue sea. "I am disappointed with him." Gunho met the fierce gaze of his own father, it was indeed terrifying, however, a part of him says that he is not ashamed by what he did— because he did what is right, he did it for Changbin. Yunseok gained his posture back and gave the two smaller men a smirk.

"I'll just finish some business then we'll be back to you." he jerked two fingers at the male standing from a fair distance.

A loud thump was heard after Changbin and Gunho's knees met the solid surface of the wood, slumping. "ye betrayed me for this chin?" Yunseok poked Changbin's chin with the dangerous pistol of his. "it was just a small mistake, father—"

Bang!

Changbin let out a horrifying scream of agony. His muscular thigh went oozing out velvety blood, together with a golden bullet stuck in between his flesh.

"Stop it!" Gunho tried crawling his way through his friend. But the gun is now kissing his forehead.

"come back to me, my son, ye don't need a chin to pester ye."

tsk.

"and I don't need a manipulative father like you!" Yunseok slapped his son with the silver pistol in his hand. "mother was right," Gunho didn't bother wincing at the scrape in his cheek by the diamond ring his father has, instead, he spat out more words to provoke his father.

"you're nothing but a piece of shit."

Bang!

Gunho's body trembled.
