Everyone sighed.

They all felt exhausted after the chase for the rat and the apple boy. They went through alleyways, tunnels, houses, roofs, just to get the bag full of bounty.

The sound of tapping of the to-be captain's heel kind of irritated everyone, even himself actually, to the fact that he's been doing that for a solid fifteen minutes already.

Hongjoong is a person with long patience but will bite once you exceeded his limit. And these two kids, get through his nerve. But is he really interrogating them? Or rather thinking of something?

"We could've just surrendered them to the cops and went back to our business." Jooyoung deadpans, still feeling the aching back and tight grip of the two men, still feeling hostile with how cruel Wooyoung treated her to babysit an injured man, and a literal baby in mind but not in body and height.

"That serves no fun, Ms. Surgeon. " The cunning fox who has his chest still heaving high or simply panting, answered with a sly smirk.

No fun? It will just waste their energy and time. Jooyoung silently hissed through the back of her head.

"Other than that, navies know our faces already after we helped Hongjoong's uncle in his little act of piracy. It is violating the orders of the royalty, remember? " Seonghwa explains. One who helps a pirate will be either terminated as it is against the law of the East India Trading Company.

"Join us."

Huh.

Everyone lets out an incredulous sound, showed a crumpled face, and gave bulging eyes to the captain-to-be.

Join them?

They are thieves and Hongjoong wanted them to come and join their journey?

Is Hongjoong out of his mind?

"Hongjoong, you must be ill or something, you're not serious with your words, am I right?" Seonghwa asked, his thick brows connected with how his forehead creased too much. He gave his sight at the two before slowly gulping at what he is thinking.

There he is, another impulsive man like Wooyoung, but much worse as this man makes more crazy-like decisions...

"They are thieves Hongjoong," Yunho joined the conversation as he removed his coat and folded it neatly before placing it at his veiny left arm. "You cannot trust them in an instant with the fact they just robbed you. "  Speaking pure facts, Yunho ended his sentence with a little raise of the brow.

"Are you indirectly calling Hongjoong out?" Wooyoung runs forward, getting mad at how the taller just deadpanned Hongjoong in the most silent way. And because of that, he is very ready to pounce Yunho at the venomous act the others just did.

Yunho is trying to talk about trust. Hongjoong is like the two thieves before them.

There is a possibility that the two would probably run away when they got enough money from Hongjoong's collection to spend their lusts on. Meaning, with the money Yunho has, there is a tendency for Hongjoong to do the thing mentioned before.

Use my money, pfft, as I'll ever allow that.

Do not trust a thief in an instant.

Every being in the room the shipwright lent them to spare even for an hour or three only, have their breaths, hold, as they wait for the reason Hongjoong could give to them, and expecting it to be somehow acceptable rather than stupid-- sorry, it was supposed to be impulsive rather than the word stupid. But either way is correct to use though?
