His eyes went down. The rejection of the girl did hurt him. Jooyoung wanted to help, but that favor of joining the crew is kind of too much for her. But isn't that what she wanted? Enter a pirate ship and find the pirates she wished. Hongjoong would really love to have the girl by his side, well, not romantically... yet?
"not until you get a ship to sail." Wait, I thought she didn't like it...
Hongjoong's head snapped in the girl's direction. His head bobbed repeatedly at a fast pace, making the girl chuckle. "I... I will!" he stammered before giving Jooyoung the biggest grin he has. He breathed out a 'wow' while staring at the sea that mirrors the beautiful moon and starry sky. His hands clasped together, pressed both of them at his nape.
"Thank you Jooyoung-" "I didn't say yes, you fool." she murmured, she sounded rude but that just made Hongjoong happier. "what's wrong with the advance." she burst a laugh. This must be a huge thing to Hongjoong, look how happy this precious man is. Yeseul badly wanted to know what's going on, but the man kept hopping. His golden locks bouncing freely, he looked beautiful.
"I am going to leave Yeseul with our Uncle." He says, finally calming down. He again lurked his eyes at the horizon. He panted a bit, feeling the exhaustion from his 'up and down' movement. His hands reached for a slice of bread, munching it. His tiny finger traced the curve of the french bread. "and then we'll start gathering our crew." our crew.
"ten of us could do such already, am I right?" he asked the girl, that was right now dozing off. Her head goes down in a slow-motion, Then her head snaps up, muttering a 'Yes captain' repeatedly. Hongjoong realized that the girl worked hard for the citizens of their humble town, and even helped him to find his sister, sure she didn't rest even by a second as He did.
With my leadership, your knowledge, and 8 loyal crewmates, we could wipe the bad title every pirate holds, And punish those who try to go back to the dark history of pirates. Hongjoong let the girl rest her back at the boulder behind, sleeping with a small noise of snores.

•Her eyes flutter open, because of the blinding ray of the sun. Sweat trickles down on her forehead as she feels the hot sensation of the afternoon sun, and warm pair of arms snuggling on her sides. Wait for a second- she jumps, she sat straight, horror lingering in her eyes, a loud thud accompanies her loud scream.
"How dare you Hongjo-" but Hongjoong muttered out a confused sound. Jooyoung looked up as a thin figure covered her from the light of the Sun. If Hongjoong's right there, then... Her eyes widen in panic. "Are you out of your mind Jooyoung?!" Hongjoong stared at the ground, well, beside Jooyoung, yes. Jooyoung shifted her vision to where Hongjoong's is. Yeseul, hand rubbing the visible red bump at her forehead.
Oh, my padada. She brought Yeseul around her arms, indeed, it was Yeseul's arms a while back. She hugged the girl tightly, patting her head, muttering an apology repeatedly. She brushed Yeseul's gold lock gently, enough to uncover the big bump. "stop poking it!!" Yeseul screams at her, her words were accompanied by small sobs. Hongjoong gulped, what kind of scene am I seeing right now...
Hongjoong got his little sister's attention by grabbing her hair, but don't worry, it wasn't enough to hurt Yeseul, it's just... Let say a sibling culture."Let's go see Uncle Nam." Jooyoung could see the hints of sadness in his eyes. His voice may seem happy and cheerful, but Eyes are really the windows of our souls. Yeseul could also feel something off from her brother, it's pretty obvious. Yeseul doesn't have any choice but to agree with her brother.
"Come on." Hongjoong beckoned Jooyoung. Huh? Jooyoung felt something wrong, but She's over with the 'join the crew', so what's into her?
She lurks her eyes around the place, seemingly finding something or someone... She felt unsafe for a moment. Hongjoong couldn't tell what is going on, so he led the way, intertwining their fingers together. Jooyoung jumped at the sudden touch. Looks like Hongjoong is used to clinging onto her.
Jooyoung could still hear a quarrel from afar, even by just using her only functioning ear. The shouts and screams were too audible, that the three can't help but hear what were they talkin' about. But they chose to not care, it's kind of personal as they heard about marriage and pregnancy.

•Their small vessel sailed across the seas, passing the capital of the trading industry, Seoul, just to get to their Uncle's hometown, Ilsan. The whole ride was peaceful, unexpectedly. They were welcomed by a war between two infamous pirates- the crew of Captain Jeong of Gwanju and Captain Son of Seoul. Good thing the trio passed without getting into a fight by sailing beside the farthest land from the battle.
"Finally, a dry land!" Hongjoong stretched his limbs, with that, his bones gave a faint click, making the two girls giggle a bit.
Yeseul jumps out from the boat, her gold locks bouncing on top of her shoulders, well, not after her face landed on the ground, flat. Hongjoong shakes his head at a slow pace.
Jooyoung scanned her surroundings, full of trees instead of houses, it almost looked like a forest. The theme of the town contrasts with the theme of Seoul. Seoul is full of structures, and the fresh stench of alcohol goes along with the wind even in the early morning. Jooyoung stared at the town with such awe, making Hongjoong worry that a fly might enter her wide-opened mouth. Well, flies don't have a place for a fresh place like this.
They stopped, right in front of a house, built-in oak wood. The board hanging right before the door has a beautiful carving of the word Library. Oh, how Jooyoung misses the smell of books and such. The library gives her nostalgic vibes... That makes her eyes a well of tears. The library has the same 'ching' of the bell as the heavy door swings open. It felt like home for her.
Yeseul shifted her feet towards a certain man, as soon as the door opens. Jooyoung bored her eyes at the man, he has long legs, small eyes, plump lips, and gold locks. He beamed a smile at the little girl that approached him with joy. He stood up, bringing Yeseul up in the air in his big hands. Oh my, he's huge. Jooyoung pondered. While she is busy with her thoughts, Hongjoong gave the man a tight hug. Jooyoung chuckled at the also HUGE height gap the two shares.
She shifted her sight at the name carved at the wooden block just beside him. Kim Namjoon. "Uncle Nam," Hongjoong started, Namjoon gave his full attention to his nephew, he knew Hongjoong for so long, he knows how the boy could go dead serious from being super sheepish because of a family business.
"Can I leave Yeseul with your guidance?" he finally said, after the small hugging session they had just a while back. Namjoon carefully landed Yeseul on her feet, please note the careful, like very careful, because both his niece and he share the characteristics of being clumsy. Namjoon didn't question the boy, neither complained. He could see some passion and willpower glowing in his aura. He spared time looking at the girl, there he spotted something that gave the answer to his question. The red leather book with 'Pirates' in its title.
"of course."
