Evangeline spent her day with her soulmates. They were lounging around in the tower, a a random movie played on the big tv, one she was sure she's never seen, but it had seemed familiar to her half way through it. She had been sitting on the. Couches, her soulmates surrounding her; Peter had been resting his head on her lap, her fingers brushing through his short, brown haired locks. The others all sitting some what close to her.

Everything was calm, and it was just how Evangeline liked it. There was no fighting, no one was picking fights to quarrel about, no magical God's calming war on their City. No scary looking robotic monsters flying in the sky.

It was just Evangeline and her Soulmates. Her protectors. Her savors. They most definitely were her savors; Because she's sure, that without them, she wouldn't be who she was today. She wouldn't have turned out the way she did and she was sure that if they hadn't come together, that she would be alone somewhere, dying to feel the one things she's craved since she turned sixteen and received her soulmarks.

It was something she thought of often. That, and her nightmares that weren't getting any better, especially with all of the things that have been happening every time she had left the safely of her tower. It seemed that at every turn, a doctor had found her and threatened the same thing, they will catch her

She hoped that it wasn't true. She hoped that whatever doctor they encountered next would just try and take her; try to even breath the same air as her before either she or her soulmates actually killed them. It would never happen.
Hopefully.

"Hey,—" Evangeline blinked back into reality once she felt a nudge from next her. She looked down at Peter, who had now been awake and looking up at her. She smiled,

"Oui?" She asked, her French was something they never got tired of. She spoke it so beautifully that it was like music to their ears.

"The movie finished. The others went out or something...." Peter didn't really hear what they said they were going to do, he was too focused at looking at Evangeline to even really notice they were gone in the first place.

Peter smiled at the small pout she gave, "why didn't—"

Peter laughed, "they did, I guess you just didn't hear." He told her. Evangeline gave him a soft smile; she then lowered her neck and gave him a quick peck on the lips, then, much to Peter's disappointment, she got up from their spot and stretched.

"Hey, where'd everyone go?" A voice called out. Evangeline watched as Tony emerged into the living room, wiping his hands on a towel. He threw it over his shoulder, his dirty random band t-shirt getting even more dirty.

"They went out. They'll probably be back later, which reminds me, I've actually got to do something for school—-" Peter gave a sad look over to Evangeline, he hadn't wanted to leave her.
