Jeremiah is walking down the hallway when his stomach flips. He runs to his bathroom, locking the door and kneeling in front of the toilet, puking his guts out. When it's finally over, he slumps back against the shower door, exhausted.

"Either it's a stomach bug or... something more complicated. Guess I'll have to run some DNA in the makeshift lab I created to help Jerome and Mr Crane manufacturer more
laughing gas." Jeremiah says, all logical and cerebral.

He walks through the labyrinth to the lab, walking inside the room. He grabs a syringe and takes some blood, putting the vial in the centrifuge.

A few hours later, the results come back.

"Progesterone and human chorionic gonadotropin. Well, that could only mean one thing: I'm pregnant with Bruce Wayne's child." Jeremiah says in shock.

He walks back to his office, opening the door only to find his brother with his and Bruce's pants down, Jerome's hands around Bruce's neck.

"Stop! Don't kill him, Jerome...I need him alive." Jeremiah snaps, stomping his foot.

"Thought you wanted me to hurt him, brother." Jerome says quietly, releasing Bruce's neck and pulling his pants back up. Bruce slumps to the floor, coughing and crying.

"Poor, poor thing. My dear brother took it too far. But he did traumatize you and make you hate that old face, did he not?" Jeremiah says, looking down at Bruce.

"I hate you." Bruce says quietly, sniffing.

"But Bruce...I love you. I've always loved you... always." Jeremiah says quietly, feeling tears stinging the back of his eyes.

"Any minute now, Selina will figure out where I am. She'll bring Alfred and he'll kill you for what you allowed your brother to do to me." Bruce says, fixing his tattered clothes and standing up weakly.

"You've put all your trust in the little kitty cat and your elderly british butler? My oh my, Bruce, you truly don't see the big picture." Jeremiah says, looking at his security camera monitors. Bruce glances over and sees Captain Gordon and Detective Bullock outside.

"Jeremiah, it's us. Open up."

"I'll have to fix my makeup real quick. I'll take care of the GeeCeePeeDee." Jeremiah says, giggling evilly as he applies his makeup real quick, covering up what the laughing gas did to his skin. Once he's finished, he spins around and sees Bruce's reaction to his old face.

"How can you still love him? My goodness, that is twisted." Jeremiah says, making sure his voice sounds the way it used to.

"I fear I'll have to put your pansexual behind back in the closet, Bruce." Jeremiah says, grabbing Bruce by the arm and shoving him in a broom closet which, to the untrained eye, looks like another wall panel. He locks the door and puts a heavy cabinet in front of it. Then he simply walks over and presses a button, unlocking the front door.

A few minutes later, Ecco walks into Jeremiah's office with Gordon and Bullock.

"Thank you, Ecco." Jeremiah says dismissively. "Gentleman, what can I help you with this time?"

"Where's Jerome? No one's seen him since the music festival. You were there, held hostage with a bomb around your neck." Jim says, giving Jeremiah the cop stare.

"I haven't seen him. If you do find him, kill him. Kill him so...so I can finally be free from him. So I can finally overcome my agoraphobia. Fear of going outside. I'm terrified of leaving my bunker for fear of him finding me...again. Like this bunker could keep him out anymore. Him and his little Legion of Horribles already know where it is." Jeremiah says, falling into his meek, shy act.

"Where's Bruce Wayne? And what twisted plot have you been concocting with your brother?" Jim says.

"I don't-- *ahem* I don't know what you mean." Jeremiah says, his voice momentarily breaking into his insane tone.

"You called it the Legion of Horribles. That was Jerome's name for it." Jim says.

"Yeah, we just called em the loonies." Bullock says behind them.

"I have no knowledge of Jerome's current location, Captain Gordon. Nor do I know where Bruce is. But do please tell me when you find that poor, poor billionaire boy. He's my best friend, he means the world to me. I care for him very deeply. Knowing that he's safe would mean a lot." Jeremiah says weakly, feeling a stray tear trickle down his cheek. Damned pregnancy hormones... He wipes it away, almost smudging his makeup.

"If I find out you're lying, you get to share a cell with your brother." Jim says before walking out with Harvey.

Several minutes later, Ecco returns with Jerome, who's cleaned the makeup off his face.

"The police are gone?" Jeremiah says quietly.

"Yes, boss. Long gone." Ecco says warmly, smiling.

"Good. Now we just have the kitty cat and the butler to worry about." Jeremiah says methodically.

"Leave them to me, boss. I'll keep them busy while you and Jerome whisk Bruce away through the exit." Ecco says.

"Good plan, Ecco. And you will follow behind as soon as the kitty cat and the butler are incapacitated?" Jeremiah asks.

"Yes, boss." Ecco answers.

"Good." Jeremiah says, smiling wickedly.

"Yeah... good plan, broski." Jerome says, laughing.
