Gotham Oneshots- Requests Are Open!

In this Freezewald oneshot, Oswald gets stuck in a horrific blizzard. Ivy freaks out and calls the one person that can go out in the arctic conditions to help her Pengy:

Mr Freeze

"Pengy, you should not be out in that storm! I had to turn the heat all the way up in the greenhouse it's so cold. I don't think the glass roof can take much more snow! Come home now, Pengy!"

"*Sigh* Ivy, I will be home as soon as I can. Stay warm."

"Ugh, Pengy! The forecast says gotham will get over 20 feet of snow in just 6 hours! And the temperature is 40 degrees below zero, Oswald!"

"I'll be fine, the roads are just a little sli--"

Crash!

"Pengy!?" Ivy screams into the phone. Then the line goes dead. Ivy gasps in shock and terror.

"Shit!" She hisses, grabbing the address book.

"Freeze is the only one that can go out in this! He was born for cold!" Ivy says excitedly, dialing freezes number.

"What now, Ivy?"

"I need your help! Pengy's out in the cold, I think he had a wreck, these roads are so slick! Can you please come help?"

"I'll go find him..." Freeze hangs up and grabs a blanket for Oswald knowing full well Oswald will need it.

After 5 hours of searching, Freeze finds Oswalds car in a ditch. He pulls the door open, scooping the cold bird up and out of the car. He wraps Oswald in the blanket and carries him home to the mansion where Oswald and Ivy live.

Ivy answers at the first knock, gasping in shock, jubilation and panic when she sees Ozzie in freezes arms.

"He needs a lot of warmth. Do you have an electric blanket or a space heater?"

"Yes, there's dozens of them I pulled out of the basement because the winters are so horrible here!" Ivy quickly grabs the electric blanket and space heater, taking them to Oswalds room.

Freeze lays Oswald down on the bed, tucking him in.

"It's okay, Oz. You're gonna be okay." Freeze says warmly, clasping Oswalds cold little hand.

After hours of waiting, Oswald finally wakes up.

"Victor?" He says quietly.

"Hey, look who's back..."

"The last thing I remember is crashing my Audi." Oswald says dejectedly.

"You're home now. Nice and warm." Freeze says warmly, and for the first time in forever, the iceman smiles.

Cause even the coldest of hearts thaw out when loved.
